We both hadn't been in ages but today in class we just thought 'fu[I]c[/I]k it' we need to get fit so we're going to go swimming every thursday and then some other stuff that we haven't decided yet!

id go swiming to get into shape. but im not gonna go untill i actulyl loose weight before hand, which am to lazy to do, hopefully eating right will do it.

i went swimming last night, after the gym, my arms and legs hurt loads, and i'm assuming that's the cause rather then the night out afterwards :-/
