EpiphoneLP126@gmail.com. Thnx.
That's a strange coincedence. I just started a new student tonight who has a really nice Epi LP, I was just thinking about it when I saw your post.

Atta boy Schyma, I knew you wouldn't quit for good! :thumb:

You guys talk about the Who too much for my liking, I listen to a song of theirs maybe like once a week/month. I'm not a very big fan of The Who. I prefer the Guess Who actually.

The Doors "The End">>>The Beatles "The End"

I say we bring back B0nzo to start the new thread....I don't like change.

Krabsworth 10-26-2005 09:46 PM

So, I'm going to Halloween as Bob Dylan, or some kind of hippy, I dunno, I'm going to dress weird, wear sunglasses, and play harmonica out there though, for sure.

Jacaranda 10-26-2005 09:49 PM

I'm going as a member of KISS I think, not sure which one. I would like to be The Cat guy though.

BlackDeathMetalJazz or really ANYTHING else please- 10-26-2005 10:10 PM

I'm going to go as the guy who trips on LSD......

I've heard people at my school are going to be all taking acid on Halloween and I'm seeing if I can get a hit or three. Even though I don't think it'll happen it's still pretty cool to think about. I mean a Halloween trip would be...interesting to say the least. :)

blue3 10-26-2005 10:24 PM
I'm going as a member of KISS I think, not sure which one. I would like to be The Cat guy though.
Cool. Peter Criss.. That'd be hard to do with all the makeup. Some guys from my school did that last year, dress up as Kiss.

I'm going as a pirate, probably. Or a hippy.

PinkFreud 10-26-2005 10:44 PM

im going as a girl. itll be easy to pull off.

blue3 10-26-2005 10:51 PM

Hah. Good luck with that.

Krabsworth 10-26-2005 10:53 PM

Man, I love listening to Velvet Underground this time of night.

i have a beer gut though, so its going to poke through the bottom of my girl shirt. beautiful.

Leper 10-27-2005 12:10 AM

I think the novelty of Halloween has worn off for me. I was surprised at myself when I experienced joy after seeing that I was scheduled to work on the night of the Halloween social I was supposed to go to..:-/

You should go as Tom Petty as The Mad Hatter, it's INGENIUS

JonG, my computer started freaking out again in the middle of uploading Laughing Water, and I have no idea what's wrong with it :(

Broken Arrow 10-27-2005 01:51 PM

Thickasabrick, I'm practically the same way with the Who. Actually I listen to them a bit more that you but not nearly as much as some people here.

thickasabrick 10-27-2005 02:52 PM
Thickasabrick, I'm practically the same way with the Who. Actually I listen to them a bit more that you but not nearly as much as some people here.
Yeah, it's odd. It's not that I don't like them, every time I listen to them I enjoy it as much as any other band...I just don't listen to them very often for some reason.

I'm supposed to be at school right now, I think I had too much caffeine (a pot of tea in the morning, two coffees at lunch) because right when lunch was almost over I just got hit with a massive "tummy ache" leading to very, very _____ and runny _____. The thing I don't like is, whenever a student doesn't attent a class, my school calls their homes and a message thingy says what classes they didn't attend. It's not like I was skipping, I'm not worried about that, but sometimes my parents take on the "if you are too sick for school, you are too sick to go out at night" mentality...and me and my friends were planning on taking some salvia trips tonight. I pray they let me out of the house...if not, I'll just have to take some salvia trips in my room.

Meh, whats not to get about free candy? Still though, its not half as fun as it used to be. My freinds and I are just going to come up with some lame costumes, toilet paper a bunch of houses, and eat candy.

I don't mind the free candy part. I mind being too old to go trick or treating, and I also mind how my neighborhood hardly participates. Instead, I'm going to several halloween parties at State. I'm sure there will be plenty of chicks in skimpy costumes and all that fun college stuff.

My review of Cream: http://www.musicianforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=407261

I felt like putting more details in but it's pretty long already. If anyone's interested in hearing me ramble on even more about the show I'll be happy to do so.

Get studying!

I've decided I'm going to buy a harmonica this weekend. Everyone says to get one in C, but I also really want one in G...so maybe I'll buy two. It seems most of the songs I write and/or play are either in the key of C or G. Although I suppose I use D a lot....and A...and E. Shit.

Mine is in G. I want to buy a C next. Jack Bruce was awesome on harmonica for Rollin' and Tumblin' last night.

JonG 10-27-2005 06:14 PM

I need me a harmonica. My dad used to have one.

I've got some albums tonight that I downloaded..

13th Floor Elevators - Easter Everywhere
Burning Spear - Man In The Hills
Herbie Hancock - Head Hunters
George Harrison - Extra Texture(some say his worst album :X)
Jackson Browne - The Pretender
Love - Four Sail
Mr. Bungle - California
Stooges - Raw Power

A little different variety for me. My first Jackson Browne, Mr. Bungle, Burning Spear, Herbie Hancock album :)

magicbus 10-27-2005 06:15 PM

I think I play the most songs in E and A. I'll probalby get an E one to start.

I'm trying to convince my friends to listen to it but they don't like the cover art and don't like the name plus any time we go to a Record store and don't know what to get I repeat over and over again "Mr. Bungle". Good CD.

I'm up for some chattage.
