finally...

no partying tonight :( pretty much every boot in town was gone tonight, we even tried some people walking into the liquor store. then we realized it was getting even more desperate, so we had a fire. it was ok, nothing major. then we went to mcdonald's for a midnight snack. i bought 8 bags of mcdonaldland cookies. oooh i love them so much. tomorrow there's some serious partying going down though :lol:

so jim, or anyone really. was the whole swear filter fiasco a hack? i'm guessing no, or did they just keep some of them, such as omnibus?

that was a pretty nice solo. i've heard better, but it's much better than what i can pull off.

well i'm going to go work on my double bass. i was surprised when i was only playing clean 16ths at 124 yesterday. then i realized i've never played to a metronome before, and i never really have more than 4 or 5 hits in succession in any songs i play. i worked on it for about an hour and got it up to 150. i'm going to try for 160 by the end of the night.

i'm going to the city tomorrow with my friends, because they're all getting pierced. one of these days i'm getting my lip done, but i don't feel like shaving any time soon. :lol: then we're gonna stop at the oodle noodle box. are these restaurants in the states? it's a whole chinese food meal in a box, kind of like when you order chinese food and each thing comes in a box. it's very good, and i finally figured out how to use chopsticks last time.

nah, just the noodle box but its the same sorta thing.

Edmonton is sweet man. My cousins live there and it is quite nice. I like vancouver more though :p it's on the water. The west edmonton mall is so sweet!
