That series is hilarious, Bartender. Especially this one:

And that news reader: "I am a coporate puppet stuffed with bullshit... Wait, can I get a do-over?"

Glad you like it :)

My favourite ones tend to be the stuff relating to Ethan's Everquest and Fallout addictions. He goes on a crusade to get Fallout 3 back in development

Anyone else learned that procrastination leads to a great amount of stress?

I seriously need to get out of this bad habit x_x

I was lucky enough to find out what ingredients were in a permanent marker. I'm supposed to do a project on what makes a permanent marker "permanent" on surfaces, and how substances in certain products remove the "stain of a permanent marker" off a surface. I know it's a retarted topic but I figured out what the marker contains, and my partners and I are going to show how these chemicals react with the marker, and how these markers are also a danger to the human respiratory system (yes..they are an irritant).

Riva 11-08-2004 02:47 AM

They can also get you high, much like acetic acid. :p

Did anyone see that Dilbert episode with the minature office workers who were addicted to permanent markers and lived in the air ducts?

They are tragically l337. You'll love it if you're a gamer :)

I haven't read Full Frontal Nerdity. It sounds like something I could like though. Address?
Never really been into online-comics, but this one looks promising. I read a few and I like it so far, especially since it seems to be gamer based and "1337" stuff as well.

Procrastination is like masturbation. It feels good at the time, but in the end you're just fucking yourself.

gmoneyguy 11-08-2004 10:57 AM

I'm addicted to proscratination...... Kinda like masturbation.

SonorKen 11-08-2004 11:44 AM

You guys need to congratulate 8675309 and Bartender. Both were promoted to SUPERMODS! Gratz guys, you deserve it!!

Paranoidd 11-08-2004 12:22 PM

Excellent, two mods that I like :D

Congrats boys. Now give me some feedback so I can get stars. I feel so left out... :upset:

Bartender 11-08-2004 12:49 PM

Thanks guys :)

Not like he needs them, but I'm giving Ken reputation points for the single funniest version of 307's name the world has ever known. Being promoted makes me generous, so Medopalis and Paranoidd can have some too.

Paranoidd 11-08-2004 01:07 PM

Word :D

Yeah, SFK made 307's name sound like a phone sex line.

"Call 867-5309 and talk to some hot ladies who are waiting for you....."

SonorKen 11-08-2004 01:30 PM

8675309 (J Geils Band, 80's rock) Jenny Jenny, who can I turn to? You give me something I can hold on to!

SonorKen 11-08-2004 01:32 PM

Lunch idea for you folks. Goto you local Wal-mart food center. Get ya some boneless BBQ chicken wings, some hot sauce, buttermilk ranch dressing, yellow potato salad, and a pepsi. Dip the BBQ wing in the hotsauce, then the ranch! YUM! Lunch only cost about 3.80 as well!

Paranoidd 11-08-2004 01:46 PM

I had KFC today. I brought lunch to work but ate it at 9:30.

Check this out: I started drinking Tahitian Noni Juice. It's made from this fruit in Tahiti, and somebody recommended it for my stomach ulcer. I shelled out the $60 for a bottle, and it bloody WORKS! I was able to go get piss drunk on saturday and eat wings at 4 in the morning with only minor heartburn. I haven't been this happy in a long time.

If I didn't just get snaked by a chick, I'd be in alot better shape.

dave grohl 11-08-2004 02:26 PM

I hate fast food.

* doing drugs ?

Paranoidd 11-08-2004 02:43 PM

Nope, I haven't smoked any drugs in two days.

This stuff is weird...it tastes like crap but it really does work...I'm ecstatic with the results so far and it's only been 3 or 4 days.

superpeer 11-08-2004 02:52 PM

Maybe you should let it work instead of using it and then getting less pain when you destroy your stomach.

Paranoidd 11-08-2004 02:53 PM

Well, thats the idea.

I quit ciagarettes, and I went from smoking dope everyday to smoking once or twice a week, and I still barely ever drink. Fast food is, and always has been, my one weakness.

Bartender 11-08-2004 04:32 PM

Well good luck to you, anyway. Hope it works out. It's about time you had some luck with that thing :)

Anyway, how is everyone else? Is anyone else here?

-Listy- 11-08-2004 04:35 PM

Im tired, been trying to write a talk for my english class, 2 and a half weeks late  *sigh*
I blame David Gilmour's DVD, cant stop watching it, the mans a genius
Heh that sounded like i was trying to plug it or something, ah well

superpeer 11-08-2004 04:50 PM

I'm here, but not for too long anymore.

-Listy- 11-08-2004 04:55 PM

On the plus side, the other guitarist in my band has written and made music for about 6 songs, all of them amazing,
so all we have to do now is get them together, and get them recorded, then i will try get them on here, think The Darkness but with good singing and no cheesiness
I heard we are playing the club i go to next year, all the bands from my school are doing a gig, it will be great, (as we'll blow the other bands away as we did at the school rock concert) *big headed* :smoke:

Sounds good. I have little in the way of anything special going on at the moment. I have an essay in for Thursday..but that's all.

Tomorrow is Tuesday though, so tomorrow will be good.

They deserve it big time.

Riva 11-08-2004 05:54 PM

Congratulations, Bartender and [insert random numbers here].

So, what should I do on my day-off? Besides some meager study.
