i just woke up, whatsup?

christmas in 2 days, and i havent ordered an amp yet, i think i should wait till january when more heads will be on ebay

i cant get on in talk bass, partley cos i have forgoten my username and password but partly because there all old, experienced, good and rich (not that u guys arnt all those things) but mx is more freindly

Hey all, listening to Dance of Death for the first time.

About three weeks ago, I was hanging out with the lady friend "doing stuff." Her leg jerked and hit my bass, and it fell over. Since then, it's been going downhill. Today, I was just jamming on it with my cab and my bass just went RRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAHHHHH and then it stopped and there was just buzz, like when you're input jack isn't in all the way.

And the truss rod must have snapped or cracked, because my neck is bowing like a mother.

I'm not too sure yet, though. I have to consider my monetary situation. :p

By that I mean, I can't go around spending lavishly on myself...I'm paying to go to college, and, if I get in where I want (Harvard, Brown, Yale, or UChi), that's me footing a big bill...and I can't really afford it. My parents pay for Erin but say I should pay for myself so I can get a real-world experience...:rolleyes:

do you happen to be good at any sports? thats the only way i can get to a university, is from a basketball scholarship, or possibly bass. if not, im in the army
