Kif 10-13-2006 10:22 AM

Ahhh never mind.

I'm playing Infinite Mode on Dead Rising. It's boring as hell.

Dead Star 10-13-2006 10:46 AM

Today was the last day before the October holidays.

No work ftw

Chilly-Bean-Bop 10-13-2006 11:20 AM

I don't have school for two days yay.

I realized that in my county, we have a holiday every month.

Kif 10-13-2006 11:25 AM

I bet soon there will be more days off at schools in the UK than days you are actually in school.

Chilly-Bean-Bop 10-13-2006 11:28 AM

Hahaha, maybe so.

But I may get a year off of school, 'cause I'm going to try and graduate a year early.

Kif 10-13-2006 11:44 AM

Smartypants.

I always preferred being at school to be honest. The holidays get real boring, especially the summer ones when we have 6 weeks to do absolutely nothing.

Untitled 10-13-2006 12:39 PM

we had a "gallery day" today.

Basicaly i sat in Manchester City Gallery drawing the pictures i like in my sketchbook.

I have to paint them all, colour them in, etc now though.

Fun times.

Puma 10-13-2006 01:18 PM

I feel like I haven't posted here in forever.

cobert 10-13-2006 01:19 PM

Because you havent, really.

Puma 10-13-2006 01:20 PM

True that. How's everyone enjoying this ridiculously cold October thus far?

cobert 10-13-2006 01:22 PM

I guess its been okay, except it was 25 degrees when I left my house this morning and all I had was a hoodie. If there was snow it would be kind of raddddd, but there wasnt.

And yourself?

Puma 10-13-2006 01:24 PM

Hahahahaha, yeah, I spent all afternoon yesterday delivering food with nothing but a sweater, not even a hoodie! And you'd be surprised at how many people don't know how to open a door. It takes some people forever!

My sincerest apologies Cobert, but what's your name again? I can't remember for the life of me. =(

And where's everyone else? School!? Bah!

cobert 10-13-2006 01:28 PM

Everybody is still in school.

My name is Rob.

Its always awkward when order food, beause I hand the driver the money and then we both say something at the same time, and then one of us asks 'what?'.

I have to wake up at 7 again tomorrow for Westinghouse. This lectures gonna be kind of gay, its about going to the moon.

Puma 10-13-2006 01:31 PM

Freakin nerds!

Rob. Cobert. Robert. Imma remember that!

Hahahahahaha, whenever I go to say "Have a goodnight" or whatever it seems like they say it at the same time, so I just nod and say "You too!" It's a rape job.

Lecture on going to the moon!? You in college? Where you go to? What's your major?

cobert 10-13-2006 01:34 PM

Nah, im a junior. Just i got into this Westinghouse Science Honors Institute thing and you go to watch expert in different fields of science talk for a hour and a half. The first one was 2 weeks ago about nuclear energy.

Puma 10-13-2006 01:45 PM

oOoOoOoO, you're pretty into science then, huh? Wait, do you go on your own just to learn a bit extra, or is it required? Cause man, science... freakin interesting, but freakin confusing!

cobert 10-13-2006 01:49 PM

This just looks really good on college applications, but some fields of science are interesting. Like, you get theres just before 8 and theres breakfast there, and then you go do some team building exercise that shows you how to work with people you dont know, and then you go from about 10 to 11:15 listening to the speaker, and then theres a short Q&A afterwards. And theres a few hot chicks there, so thats always a plus.

Jessizzle 10-13-2006 01:52 PM

while walking home it hailed, slushed and snowed.

Puma 10-13-2006 01:53 PM

No doubt about the college apps thing. Free breakfast.. definitely a plus. I like applying learning/interaction and whatnot, I can't stand classes that are like, all lecture. If that makes sense. What is it you think you wanna take in college? Know what class I really wanted to take this semester? Astrology. I think that'd be sick as hell!

cobert 10-13-2006 01:55 PM

One of the reasons I decided to sign up for that was to see if any careers in science interest me.

If all else fails, I got a lot of family connections in the post office. Mail Carriers get paid a lot and get benefits.

Puma 10-13-2006 01:58 PM

Hahahaha, science is freakin hard man. It's alot of work. Waaaay more than I think I could ever handle. I never even wanna do homework in those classes!

Hahahahahaha, mail carrier would be a sick profession. Except you gotta work EVERYDAY. Except Sunday, of course. Rain, sleet, snow, and all that jazz!
