i did the bowflex thing for a bit but it just doesnt compare to free weights and all the specific muscle targeting machines you get at a gym

i do bicep curls here and there

nah the gym is good, lose motivation to easily at home

perfect push up is the only equipment I need

yeah gym has bigger, stronger people around so you have the motivation to keep going so you don't look like a puss in front of them

thats if you go to 24 hour fitness or one of them big companies. the place i go to is just a local gym. everybody that goes there knows alot about working out and getting big and staying in shape and is very helpful. when i first started going they all showed me how to do everything right and helped me make up a good workout schedule. everybody there knows each other and is friends so its a really good environment to be in and ****.

only negative is theres less fine chicks than at one of the big places

yeah well my local gym is small too but geez we have some utter douchecakes that go there. Idc really coz i just put on the ipod and worry about my own workout, and of course perv on a few chicks at the same time
