What's with the hating of Dfelon? This is kind of random but a lot of people don't like him. I don't even know where he mods so I don't know much about him.
He's in Hardcore/Emo. I've never liked him that much.

*shrug*

Arucard 10-13-2005 07:02 PM

Everyone hates Hardcore/Emo, there the biggest pricks on the site.

He's got alot of respectable tabs and CD album reviews. Also listens to wide variety, he's kind of like Vince.

DepthsOfDreams555 10-13-2005 07:05 PM

Its lookin good, looks like I'm staying home from school tomorrow. I like them too.

B 10-13-2005 07:07 PM

I just noticed that a lot of people had him in their "Least Favourite Mod" part in the awards thread. I was expecting to see a lot of En Pee Cees but the time have changed I guess.

I like most of them I guess. I have some trouble with a few, but they're all right. I've been posting more in there because I'm into so much hardcore lately.

Understanding In a Crash 10-13-2005 07:15 PM

Yeah Hardcore/Emo also have some of the most diverse musically knowledged kids on the site.

Same here, I'm just afraid to post there :p.

I hear many tales of elitism and I've always liked the tight community here. The only problem is pop-punk is really slow most of the day. It forces me to hang in the pit. Which sucks.

Understanding In a Crash 10-13-2005 07:20 PM

Sometimes I just laugh at Black Dahlia Murder videos... the lead singer has like split personality vocals.

He's a total cunt. He's elitist and a jerkoff and doesn't tolerate any opinion unless it coincides precisely with his own.
Yeah Hardcore/Emo also have some of the most diverse musically knowledged kids on the site.
Hah, no. Probably Other music.

No need for the hostility. He was merely pointing out that you're statement was probably incorrect. If it was so obvious then why didn't you say "Yeah Other Music has some of the most knowledgable and musically diverse kids on the site." Instead.

Heh.

I'm off for the night. Later Dan, and anyone else who's still here.

Mute Print 10-13-2005 07:49 PM

Good night Brandon.

I think the only problem I have with Hardcore is that a lot of them are elitists.

Pazz 10-13-2005 07:53 PM

Zach: Haha, lucky. Why not?

cbmartinez 10-13-2005 08:07 PM

Dfelon's a good guy most of the time. Thinks too much of himself sometimes but other than that he's not bad.

Dan, I assume you got A Types?

DepthsOfDreams555 10-13-2005 08:07 PM

Pazz I think your name is Mike correct me if I am wrong but I saw your avatar funny Halloween story. Today in Spanish we got these hadnouts with little pumpkins that said Halloween and the girl that sits next to me got white out, out and whited the pictures out. I got what the heck are you doing. Shes like Halloween is evil it is anti-God I was like alright then weirdo.

She's a moron. Halloween was All Saints Day, celebrating Christian saints, if I'm not mistaken.

I have a busy weekend ahead. I'm going to three shows. :)

I got their first E.P. and A Types. It was quite costly but IMO, worth it.

Everything I really expected along the lines of Cave-In, Thrice, and Poison The Well.

DepthsOfDreams555 10-13-2005 08:12 PM

I'm going to zero but there is going to be a rockin party tomorrow it will be sweet. And Vince I just told that girl she was a weirdo.

Hahaha, and you already have an A Types avatar. It's good but The Satellite Years is alot better. The best songs on A Types are "Matchmaker's Heaven" and "Per Siempre Marciamo."

Haha, close my name's Matt. Yea, I just got Babarosa and I made that avatar earlier today. I love the idea of making avatars and I figured since Halloween is close I would make a Halloween avatar. I'm currently working on a Coheed & Cambria avatar. It's almost complete but won't be shown until after Halloween.

Mute Print 10-13-2005 08:14 PM

I love Hopesfall. I can't wait until I see them in December.

The vocalist is indeed unique. Like I don't think hes the best singer or screamer but something about his tone and melody is really ATTRACTIVE.

DepthsOfDreams555 10-13-2005 08:21 PM

Alright I'm going to go play Socom 3 till like one in the morning I might jump on then but I'm guessin everyone will be off so peace....I'll be on all day tomorrow.

Yeah, that harmony in the chorus of "Matchmaker's Heaven.' Jesus Christ, that part is so ****ing amazing. I shiver every time I hear it. His scream is really weak on A Types but the album didn't really need the screaming since they went for the mellow feel. His scream on TSY was sick though.

Understanding In a Crash 10-13-2005 08:26 PM

I saw that the "A Types" album was recorded in a studio that I live like 30 minutes from on Freeport, Long Island.
