Well, you get three discs per turn.

This is a picture of people playing shuffleboard.

Basically, you get that stick and shuffle your discs over to the other side, where points range from 7-10. You get three discs per round.

You can also try to knock off your opponent's discs so they lose points.

On the triangle, the smallest section is worth +10. Next, it's +8, followed by +7.

The largest sections (the base) are worth -10.

You alternate shuffles, and then add up the scores.

Let's say you go first. It would go Pete, Jim, Pete, Jim, Pete, Jim.

Next, I go first. It would go Jim, Pete, Jim, Pete, Jim, Pete.

That is one round. Usually three rounds are played :)

So how's life going all? You know, I always wonder, why in the US you have to be 16 to drive (OK), 18 to handle a gun (completely nuts), and 21 to drink a freakin' beer (hilarious). Since we are international here...what are your thougths on that?

I don't have a problem with those laws because, save for driving, people break them anyway, so there's really no point if, say, alcohol consumption goes down to nineteen, because plenty teenagers in the US have had alcohol of some sort.

EDIT: and as Woodstock says, it differs per state.

Besides, I think the US has the highest death rate for drunk drivers. So it makes sense to get a liscense before you can drink.

if the drinking age were lowered we would much less death by drunk driving.

Look at Germany, Mexico, Italy, etc. they hardly have any of that...and they drive ****in crazy when they're sober
