I use .10s, never used anything else.

EDIT: any gauge higher than that is Korn.

yeah that happend to me, I broke my high e then I went to guitar center and got a heavier gauge

I just get 9's or 10's

i probably restring my guitar like every year or two

i downtune to play doom metal stuff here and there but i always end up tuning it back to standard so i can play some indie stuff with barre chords and it wont sound sludgey

I down-tune so I can bring the hatexmosh.

I just turn everything up to 11
