i thinks i like it because Red Leicester doesn't have much flavour, so its just Peanut Butter with smooth chunks. i sometimes dont bother with bread and just cut a slice of cheese, spread the peanut butter on it and eat. i get through a lot of cheese that way.

If you cant taste it, why eat it?

as a medium to eat other things on, a vector for the nutritional value and taste of another, ulterior entity
