Sleeping Peonies are pretty bad from what I've listened to. Generally I stay away from post-black like Heretoir and Alcest - I usually just stay with Blut Aus Nord and the like because they're almost always much more fulfilling.

I mean I can get if you went around saying that Seviss and Torgeist and the like were the best of the genre, I mean, I wouldn't necessarily agree with you (although Seviss is awesome, let's not lie), but it would make since, unlike you saying that all LLN bands are godly (which isn't true, at all - I mean, anything dark ambient that they did was just terrible [Dvnaebkre] and then you have bands like Susvourte and bands who may have recorded their album inside a rat cadaver.)

I'd say either Seviss or Vlad Tepes.
Get Seviss-...Et pleure le Batard (because that's, as far as I know, the only thing they released alone)
and Vlad Tepes did a relatively infamous split with Belketre that generally gets people into LLN, but my favorite releases by them are Celtic Poetry and War Funeral March.
