I haven't seen the video of Joey playing. I guess from what I've heard, he did a good job. Which is amazing.

No he didn't really, he was extremely sloppy

Regardless of whether or not he was sloppy, it was probably his first time playing Metallica songs in a live setting in front of...how many people? And besides that fact, Joey > Lars because Joey played with Satyricon.

Whether or not he can do double bass doesn't mean anything if you play like ****.

I mentioned Jordison because somebody else mentioned Jordison, and BLS called him sloppy. You're bound to be sloppy playing another band's songs live in front of how many thousands of people? For the first time.

Jordison played with Satyricon. Therefore, he's good. Maybe even great, I don't know. But he's definitely not garbage like a lot of pretentious "metal people" say he is.

I watched Live Sh!t for the first time in a long time. Man Metallica rule so hard, can't wait to see them at Download, I've been a huge fan for ages.

Yea that must suck for them. I would just loose all the hope for metallica (or any other band) if they said they were releasing an album, and they didn't release for like 5 years. I'll say they'll release it in Q4 of this year.

Axl will go bankrupt before that album comes out.

Not meaning to drag the argument back up but Joey grew up learning Metallica songs. They weren't the first time he played them. Plus he rehearsed with them backstage.

I friggin hope the album's out by Winter.
