I'm just drained.

I've been tossing around this stanza

"And this is no Howl
Just a quiet whimper
To match your senile art"

for a month now.
I hate when that happens... but it also sucks when you know you have a cool idea, but whatever you put it with sucks

slack 10-09-2006 08:06 PM

lol, shutup. anything you post is like 10x better than everything else. :)

pixiesfanyo 10-09-2006 08:07 PM

Yeah, I just don't have any ideas. slack, the third line makes the whole thing make sense.

FA 10-09-2006 08:07 PM

Thanks...I may post in a few minutes; methinks I'm gonna make some minor changes..

edit: were you talkin to me or pixies?

slack 10-09-2006 08:11 PM
Yeah, I just don't have any ideas. slack, the third line makes the whole thing make sense.
oh i thought it was something like 'and your art is no howl' so the third line sounded redundant

= |

pixiesfanyo 10-09-2006 08:12 PM

slack 10-09-2006 08:14 PM

"And this is no Howl
Just a quiet whimper
Complimenting your insecurities"

"And this is no Howl
Just a quiet whimper
Exacting your tasteless self"

Do you like those two as alternatives?

slack 10-09-2006 08:17 PM

that song of the month thing worked ou pretty well huh

tojes?!

TheBigMachine 10-09-2006 08:23 PM

But Claudio has the craziest hair ever. I like the original one, personally.

Storm In A Teacup 10-09-2006 08:31 PM

Claudio does have the craziest hair. I love it.

TheBigMachine 10-09-2006 08:34 PM

Imagine brushing it.

Storm In A Teacup 10-09-2006 08:39 PM

I wonder if he uses a pick?

TheBigMachine 10-09-2006 08:46 PM

Ask him at the next show you go to.

Storm In A Teacup 10-09-2006 08:48 PM

:upset: I've never seen them live and they aren't coming here anytime soon either, I believe.

TheBigMachine 10-09-2006 08:50 PM

OIC that is not good then :(
Ive never seen them live either though. :upset:

FA 10-09-2006 08:51 PM

:p

Storm In A Teacup 10-09-2006 08:59 PM

I like it a lot. As I said in there, I'll critique it, but there's more good than bad to say most definitely. =)

pixiesfanyo 10-09-2006 09:04 PM

CO & CA would suck live.

Especially since their new material is so bad compared to SSTB.

TheBigMachine 10-09-2006 09:07 PM

PLUS Mike and Travis left :upset:

Storm In A Teacup 10-09-2006 09:07 PM

C&C's setlist choice and order is always really shitty so I actually can't argue with that first point.

Plus Claudio's way too shy, he never talks.

TheBigMachine 10-09-2006 09:10 PM

Yeah there needs to be some crazy stage antics, blink style.
Or maybe not Blinnk style, theyre not that crazy, but you catch my drift.

Storm In A Teacup 10-09-2006 09:17 PM

It's rumoured that they'd get really drunk though and make sexual innuendo jokes with each other.

I'd want to see that.

TheBigMachine 10-09-2006 09:24 PM

It'd be funny but kinda ewwy to. Still, it'd be good to see...

pixiesfanyo 10-09-2006 09:30 PM

I wish mx, would comment on getting a new mod for this forum.

Storm In A Teacup 10-09-2006 09:47 PM

I agree on both points.

Meh, you know as well as I do what will happen - Jim will say "it doesn't really need one", then a super like Gav will offer to take care of things for a bit, and after two weeks everything's back to square one again.

Sloth 10-09-2006 11:26 PM

true

SubtleDagger 10-09-2006 11:28 PM

Jim isn't an admin anymore
