Hope it works out man. Starting a band is fucking hard work grrr.

Nataroo 10-21-2005 01:42 PM

South Wales has the best local scene, but its the London kids that get all the big names over.

And were getting Trial.

S.T.I 10-21-2005 01:43 PM

Lately we've been getting some amazing shows here. I wish i could go to Trial but i can't grrr.

What I mean is youre getting the amazing shows because London kids are getting the bands into the country in the first place. But your local scene is totally taking off right now, whereas London hardcore is totally stale. When I get my band together I totally dont know how well were gonna go down, since im going for something inbetween Set your goals and With Honor.

S.T.I 10-21-2005 02:09 PM

Ah right i get you now. I'd like to think British Hardcore is at a all time high right now but i haven't been into it that long. Man good luck with that band. I'm in the middle of trying to start one now. You going Ninja Fest?

RetiredAt21 10-21-2005 04:32 PM

I only know of like...2 or 3 British hardcore bands.

Lazybassplr56 10-21-2005 05:02 PM

Let's give a thumbs up for friday. :thumb:

The Great Decay 10-21-2005 08:05 PM

What would be a good Lifetime album to get for starters?

BuddyBigsby 10-21-2005 08:07 PM

Jerseys' Best Dancers

The Great Decay 10-21-2005 08:08 PM

Excellent, thanks a lot.

Let's Chop Cats! 10-21-2005 09:22 PM

2 flat fucking tires. Right side of my car, hit the curb trying to squeeze by a women parked at a green light. AAA guy came in 10 minutes which was chill, still went to Applebees.

Crunchwrap Supreme! 10-21-2005 09:30 PM

You and your Applebee's. Send some this way and come to the In Pieces show tomorrow.

I'm changing my loc to New Jersey Represent!

Let's Chop Cats! 10-21-2005 09:34 PM

Hell Yeah! I would if I didn't have 2 flats, actually I wouldn't because I have Semi-Final County game tomorrow, then after I'm going to seem Doom. If it was closer/cheaper I'd go.

Crunchwrap Supreme! 10-21-2005 09:38 PM

Ugh, Doom. The Rock is terrible. He's going to be Johnny Bravo in the JB movie too, that's going to suck.

Let's Chop Cats! 10-21-2005 09:41 PM

The Rock isn't even the lead role, it's one of the minor guys from LOTR. But Rundown was a cool movie and I hear Walking Tall was good.

Mute Print 10-21-2005 09:47 PM

I saw Walking Tall. I didn't expect it to be that good, but it turned out to be a really cool movie.

SunnyDayRealEstateAM 10-21-2005 09:59 PM

Walking Tall was a very good movie indeed. I like The Rock a lot.

Mute Print 10-21-2005 10:03 PM

That's the only movie I've seen him in, but I thought he did a pretty good job.

Special Brew 10-21-2005 10:27 PM

Calico System is playing here tomorrow.

SunnyDayRealEstateAM 10-21-2005 10:27 PM

He was the leading role in The Scorpion King, that movie was kick a'ss.

Crunchwrap Supreme! 10-21-2005 10:28 PM

Calico System used to be siq.

SunnyDayRealEstateAM 10-21-2005 10:28 PM
Calico System is playing here tomorrow.
I alwasy hear about them but I've never heard them. How do you describe their sound?

Lazybassplr56 10-21-2005 10:28 PM

I'm listening to the Misfits right now and it's ruling hard.

Crunchwrap Supreme! 10-21-2005 10:28 PM

The Scorpion King was fucking terrible.

Lazybassplr56 10-21-2005 10:32 PM

That girl was really hot though. Whats her real name.

SunnyDayRealEstateAM 10-21-2005 10:36 PM

Whats up with this band called "Hollywood Undead". I've been seeing a lot of stuff about them recently.

Mute Print 10-21-2005 10:38 PM

Some kid introduced them in the pop-punk forum a while back, so I've listened to a couple of songs by them. I wasn't really impressed but they're okay.
