Bukowski 03-30-2008 09:36 AM

Skream - s/t
Benga - Diary of an Afro Warrior

like most Doobstep, these albums take a while to CONNECT with me but once they do they make for highly enjoyable listens. I'm also diggin The Whip who are crap but also brilliant.

Neoteric 03-30-2008 09:41 AM

The Afghan Whigs - Gentlemen
{{{Sunset}}} - Bright Blue Dream

yeah i've got some more doobsteps downloading just now, some guy called Pinch and also Boxcutter. Do you know them?

what album should I listen to after this Benga album finishes? Any album in the world, I will put it on if I have it. I am feeling devoid of musical direction at the moment, and thus I turn to thee, eliminator/neoteric.

Neoteric 03-30-2008 10:05 AM

Afghan Whigs' Gentlemen nigga

Bukowski 03-30-2008 10:09 AM

alright I'll d/l that. I listened to a few of their songs when I first joined this forum because one of the regulars back then kept plugging them. They were pretty cool from what I remember, but my tastes were vastly different back then so we'll see how it goes.

Neoteric 03-30-2008 10:17 AM

Iai and pixiesfanyo like the album.

So I guess everyone else must then.

Time 03-30-2008 10:22 AM

I'm digging Sun Kil Moon - April
