Being from england, and the english's love for currys and indian cuisine I know my shit what can I say.

unfortunately i'm not idk man i have weak taste buds i really do have a problem differentiating tastes of like, anything. and nothing has very strong flavor for me.

i don't have good smell either. and i'm colorblind. whatever.

I may have let the sauce thicken a little too much because I didn't want it to be watery but who knows, the ratio tasted alright to me.

Yeah I'd rather have it a little too thick, I usually don't add much water to curry though, I prefer using tomato sauce and stuff, I love using lamb for curry though because it's so juicy it just makes its own liquid base when you cook it.

yeah I normally go for a lamb with my korma, normally not too keen on lamb unless it's done in a mint sauce, but it works with a korma especially really well.

i'm unbelievably indecisive so i use that random.org site to decide a pretty ridiculous amount of things. the most common one is which movie from my netflix queue to watch.

I love lamb in pretty much anything, probably my favorite meat. At Trader Joes here you can get really good New Zealand leg of lamb steaks at 7 dollars a pound, best value I've found for lamb without a doubt.
