No...it's because it's a movie. It's fake. Since I see most of my life as fake as it is, movies are even more fake and don't really even register with me...I rarely even watch them anymore since it's a waste of time for me.

I was in my buddiest dorm and we were all stoned and the commercial for the Ring 2 came on. Its was the one where it just starts out with the video playing...we were so freaked out afterwards because the was one ring from the phone and that was it, none of us picked it up.

I'm not usually scared by films, the only I was scared by films were The Exorcist and Blair Witch.

I wanted to pick it up and watch but then my friend said: "don't waste your money on it, it's some teens pretending they shoot a scary forest with an amateur camera".

Well, that's the beauty of it, it's done with an amateur camera, so it seems all so real, it's all based on atmosphere. It's one of those films though; Either you love or you hate it. Some people laugh at it, it freaked me out.

Which is strange, I'm always laughing really hard at the most awkward moments in the cinema. Like when there is some murder or when people are going 'O noes', I'm laughing really hard. :upset: I've always been a weird case. :)

My arguments seem to be the bad sort though, that break up friendships and what not, and cause bad feelings where none had been previously....your arguments have been more legitimate. :)

I argue a lot too in real life, especially in bars. Sometimes I just say the opposite of what someone says just to start an argument, I love to burn people down and tell them that what they say is wrong.

And bash their opinions of course, aah.
