How can you not be harsh on a singer that looks and sings like a extremly ugly woman who writes horrible lyrics? |

Even uglier now, considering he's practically 60. |
Their all argubly in the same genre. Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin on the other hand aren't even close to being in the same genre. It's outragious.
theyre only "arguably" in the same genre because stupid people insist on grouping them together. or you could take badmoons example. i dont think its outrageous. it just happens. anyway, i can stand plants voice in a fair number of zeppelin songs. |
Who else loves "Can't Find My Way Home" by Blind Faith?
Such a beautiful song, and fun to play on guitar.
That is a great song, the whole album is great |
I hated GnR's version of Knockin' On Heaven's Door...Dylan's is so much better.
Tr00f. I don't mind Dylan's voice, but Axl's is soooo annooooyying and ssccreeeechy..... It annoys me when somebody refuses to listen to an artist because of their voice. I've tried to get my sister into Neil Young and Tom Waits, but she refuses, just because of their voice. |

GOOD GOD. |
^^^
It is actually his best work since "fate of nations" IMO. Ive been on a diehard Cheap Trick, Free, and Sweet binge latley. I think all that Black Oak Arkansas and Grandfunk Railroad music ive always loved has came around once again hehe.
Whoa! You haven't been here since the early pages. |
I haven't seen Gilmour post here in forever.

*sigh* it'd be nice if you gave some semblance of speaking truthfully. Plant is a good singer. Don't pretend he isn't because you'd be wrong. Go listen to the debut Album, Plant is a good singer. Sure they did some weird stuff with his voice and some of it sounded prety bad, but then again Zeppelin did a number of things like that in their later stuff that really really was not a good Idea, and alot of it wasn't plant himself, just what they decided to do with the vocals. Plant is better than he gets credit for, not only that but he gets harsh, completely overexxagerated coomments like the ones you made. Seriously. |

I hate his singing it's my opinion sure but it's not a wrong opinion. From what I hear he gets plenty of credit I think he's massively overrated not underrated. |
So I heard something on the radio today. There's a music festival a little north of Vancouver this summer, and Pete Townshend is putting in a special appearance. I'm trying to find out how to go, but I don't have much detail.

Do you guys prefer The Who - Who's Next or Live at Leeds?
And also, what's George Harrison - All things must pass like? |
I personally prefer Who's Next, but Live at Leeds is also a great album, you can't go wrong.
