I was about to make a thread about the new songs. They are great.

yeah they are awesome. they also seem to have taken a lot of CTTS influence.

yes its very apparent. the dual female vocals, and the lyrics are similar too.

Have they changed that much? I should really start listening to them again. Last time I listened to them was 1+ year ago.

its not a huge change, but its a change. the vocals are more audible too.

You guys NEED to hear Rolo Tomassi. Screamo/spazz band all about 16 cept the singer who is apparently a 15 year old girl. awesome awesome awesome. Yet also the most depressing thing ever. Theyve got some tracks up here, but they are a bit too short compared to their other stuff.

Nah. The part with the choir and the "maybe I put to much faith" part are so f[size=2]u[/size]cking good though. "In The Nervous Light Of Sunday" is depressing too, the "wade in the water" and "let the flood swell" parts.

The myspace songs dont do em justice. On their latest demo they have loads of keyboard, clean vocals and all kinds of other stuff going on.

thats an odd question. it depends on what bands you consider to be emo and which screamo to properly answer the question.

emo and screamo are the same thing essentially. it sounds kind of dumb to ask which you like better.

that is true. i do listen to more screamo than emo these days though.

A member of these forums first introduced me to Emo , but I find I'm also listening to more screamo

My band is permently over now. The other guitarist and I were talking about leaving and starting something new for a while. The band we're forming is called "Loin Lovers". We're gonna put some emo/screamo influences in our music.

Screamo is much more chaotic. I personally think real emo is more or less dead these days (I'm talking in the vein of hoover, still life etc). Unless there are bands that are like them that are around today that I don't know about? Anyways, I prefer said bands to screamo.
