Ventriloquist 02-02-2010 02:37 PM

Nepenthe 02-02-2010 02:40 PM

NortherlyNanook 02-04-2010 02:53 AM

ugh it's just one of those nights where i just really wanted to listen to mono again for no good reason

Nepenthe 02-04-2010 03:14 AM

mono is like really good music but unless im in the right mood it just kinda bores me

NortherlyNanook 02-04-2010 03:38 AM

yeah same here

i'll also find it great for when i'm doing work on the computer. good background music.

Nepenthe 02-04-2010 03:14 PM

dudes anyone with even a passing interest in isis or rosetta needs to get seven nautical miles - every ocean reversed. **** is amazing.

TimJim 02-04-2010 03:30 PM

snatching now

ATM 02-07-2010 09:09 AM

The Psyke Project

Nepenthe 02-16-2010 12:13 AM

not post rock/metal, but holy **** guys go get dragontears' album tambourine freak machine. really dark, atmospheric, swirling psychedelic folk. has some rock moments in there so it warrants discussion in the post rock thread. im really amazed at how good this is right now, it doesnt have that bright trippy sound that most psych folk has, instead its some very moody stuff. excellent.

Apoc 02-16-2010 02:03 AM

have downloaded, will listen...

@nepenthex2

Bleekill 02-22-2010 01:38 PM

Dragontears sounds cool. I'm excited for the new Grails album coming out in May. Black Tar Prophecies Vol 4

Ventriloquist 02-22-2010 04:42 PM

Sigur Rós Ágćtis Byrjun is quite an engaging listen.

I think I like Von more, though.

Moon Flavor 02-23-2010 10:02 AM

Any of you guys like The Mercury Program? Seriously, one of the most original Post Rock bands out there. I don't even know if they are Post Rock tbh, haha, but they are really good.
