I love buddy holly, hes cool, favorite song is probably peggy sue.
Buddy Holly was so cool. He had the sweetest glasses. About two years ago, in my Spanish class, we watched La Bamba (about Richie Valens). A bunch of people were shocked at the end when the plane blew up  |
I have 179 rep.
Anyways that's still gonna be a long time Walrus right now I think its time to spam. |
All praise my MS paint skills.

Woohoo! /turns over car |
Methinks that the topic of this thread could be manipulated by the page we are on. For example, when we hit p. 1964 we could talk about how kickass the Beatles are, or how sad it was when Buddy Holly died in p. 1959
Well I'm on page 1599 so....how bout that Shakespeare? |

Aren't you in Tennessee? Like every country/bluegrass/folk musician ever lives there or in the mountains of NC. But I know what you mean about rock musicians :( |
John Lennon lived in NYC for years. I've been to the spot in central park where he was killed a bunch of times. There's a little monument there called Strawberry Fields, a ton of people come there on December 8th. I bought an Imagine drawing from a guy off the street there one time. It's pretty cool.
np- Pigs (3 Different Ones) (live from the concert Roger spits on the fan) |

That was when the gates were up Some of my sister's friends went to Jim Morrison's grave in France. That must have been a cool grave to visit. Possibly the coolest. |
12 Angry Men (the movie) rules.
|
He was killed outside his apartment building, I believe.

He and Yoko walked through central park every night. That would be awesome to just be in central park and see John Lennon. He was shot outside though, not in the building. And yes, Morrison's grave would be awesome. np- Pigs (still, it's 24 minutes long) Edit- Page 1600 W000t  |
New avatar. I almost figured this pic of Jim was scary enuff without zombifyage.

Wow, I have been quoted four times, this must be a record :p
I have never seen the movie, but the play was awesome. One of the assholes I play Trombone with has a dad that plays one of the jurors, so we got to have an interview and a backstage tour with the whole cast after the show EDIT:Congradulations, DMV, for being the first I have seen to use to location box to put lyrics in, something that I'm sure will catch on, and eventually be elimianted |
I imagine the play would be very similar to the movie.
|
That looks like it's after he let himself go. What with the massive beard and all.
edit: to dmv |
