cops here give MIPs to everyone at a party, and the neighbours always are quick to report any sign of a party. if you dont have ID on you at a party they either give you a ticket or start digging for your records until they can give you an MIP and if youre 21 and drinking with underagers you get ticketed for being the buyer

so def not worth it

never seen anyone get arrested or in trouble at a party. my friend got arrested and charged with something at a motel party he threw because there was an underage girl there and her parents called, but that was pretty fucking stupid of him to do anyway. if you just chill and dont do stupid shit when the cops are there you're fine.
