I had that problem with ipods, but they're shitty so I guess it's typical. A lot of times I'd just be walking and it'd freeze, stay frozen for about 5 minutes, then unfreeze and drain over 3/4s of my battery.

I'd say thats an isolated incident.

That has never happened to me with either of my iPods.

I tried that Damiana and Skullcap last night. I definitely felt a pre-marijuana high, where I was mainly relaxed after smoking two or so bowls of it. I brewed some tea with it after and definitely felt its influence. When I sat down I felt like I was melting in the chair and my limbs weighed tons. I've experienced that with marijuana to an extent, but not to that great of deal.

I used to have ounces of stems id just chop up and put into a coffee maker and brew stem tea. It isn't a good idea to drink that **** if you plan on doing something.
