**** ccr is so good, I need to my daily run through of Chronicle, Vol. 1.
they got pretty bad when fogerty (sort of) let the others contribute songs

his voice is pretty obnoxious now

Iai 03-17-2008 01:21 PM

"Travelin Band" is my fave CCR track, I think.

Interstate 03-17-2008 01:23 PM

Alkaline Trio - From Here To Infirmary
Ambulance LTD. - Ambulance LTD.

Two albums I haven't listened to in a while. Ambulance LTD. doesn't seem to click with me really, it tends to get on my nerves after about halfway through.

Eliminator 03-17-2008 01:24 PM

best ccr songs are bad moon rising and up around the bend

latter has sick riffs

Iscariot 03-17-2008 01:35 PM

jose gonzalez - in our nature
she & him - volume one
grateful dead - aoxomoxoa
weezer - pinkerton

samariah 03-17-2008 02:40 PM

maybe i should get the new portishead. dummy is decent every once in a while when im in the mood.

i was thinking of driving around town today with a bike helmet on, the windows down and blasting lightning bolt.

Liebensaft 03-17-2008 02:41 PM

The bike helmet is only going to confuse people more.

samariah 03-17-2008 02:43 PM

i like to incite what the hell reactions from people

Liebensaft 03-17-2008 02:48 PM

It doesn't take much 'round these parts (rural PA).

samariah 03-17-2008 02:54 PM
Peter Bjorn and John- Writers Block
Album sucks.
Album sucks.
Incorrect. There are a few duds (The Chills), but overall it's some of the most original pop music I've heard in the last few years.

Anxious 03-17-2008 03:21 PM

Washing Machine is damn good.

Jawaharal 03-17-2008 03:21 PM

samariah 03-17-2008 03:38 PM

Deerhoof - Milkman
Blonde Redhead - Melody of Certain Damaged Lemons

Loved Despite of Great Faults is probably one of my favorite songs ever. In Particular is particularly good too.

perriwinkle 03-17-2008 03:53 PM

pinback - summer in abaddon

pulseczar 03-17-2008 03:54 PM

Dino Jr. - You're Living All Over Me
Shpongle - Are You Shpongled?
Blonde Redhead - 23

Blonde Redhead is waaaayy poppier than I expected, but that's probably because I went for their latest stuff.

Jim Croce

This guy wrote some beautiful songs.

Zebra 03-17-2008 07:02 PM

Merzbow - Space Metallizer

This is the best Merzbow that I've heard yet. I like how the album shifts from aggressive bursts of noise into more peaceful passages.

Eliminator 03-17-2008 07:04 PM

like most merzbow albums

cbmartinez 03-17-2008 07:07 PM
