Ugh, after watching a video of joe pass play guitar, i'm now afraid to pick mine up.

Yashnaheen 06-26-2006 02:44 AM

Soo, the power just went out for 3 hours after a rather nasty summer storm. Out from Homer to Fairbanks in most areas (550 or so miles apart). Power company said they don't know why, but they turned it back on anyway.
no pix

basically it's a PRS custom 24 knockoff with a mahogany body and neck, with an ebony fretboard + abalone inlays. It's got a Wilkinson fixed bridge, a SD JB in the bridge and an SD Distortion with an Alnico magnet in the neck. The finish is a see-through dark purple with a sexy quilt maple top.
Sweetness. Although
But, I suggest you look for soundproofing wall covers like those by Pyrotek. I think that is sufficient for your room and your budget.

Go here.
Do you know of any american based companies? Or any other companies period?

And how much would it run to reduce the amount of db's going out the walls of a 6x8ft room?. I.E. soundproof it. Using the materials at that site?

Sad But True 06-26-2006 04:49 AM

sup hangover?

I really need to stop drinking when I'm in work the next day.

overturned 06-26-2006 05:38 AM

Ugh tennis.

SBT, slight problem, I've run out of parcel tape, I'll go get some more tonight, probably post tommorow or wednesday.

I should really get off my arse and get a job this week.

Aes820 06-26-2006 06:08 AM

177 pages into this thread and people are still double posting, people are still spaming, and people are still posting useless crap.
I can't believe it.

I better not hear any complaining from recently banned or neg repped people.

So. Whos' going to win tonight? Australia over Italy?
I think so.

Zatoichi 06-26-2006 06:10 AM

italy, although i want the aussies to win.

overturned 06-26-2006 06:21 AM

Italy.

No offence to the Australians but they are the underdogs by a big margin.

However, the Italians imo haven't been on top of their game so far and theres gonna be tension from recent news articles.

S'ok dude, I'd rather it was sent properly and late, than sent in a paper bag and earlier.

I couldn't agree more. (on the bannings and the footy :thumb: )

I actually think Australia have a good chance, Italy aren't the team they used to be, and haven't played a semi-decent game yet.

PerpetualBurn 06-26-2006 06:37 AM

Italy will walk it. At least Viduka's been laying off the pies recently, he can be quality when he wants to be.

Italy have more class that Australia will be able to handle.

Aes820 06-26-2006 06:44 AM

It's the 'underdog' conditions that Aussies thrive under.
And even tho there's news of our best striker, Kewell, not being able to run on there's still plenty of midfield talent that's available to us.

Italy suffered a second round upset in the last world cup to South Korea, a team that at the time was coached by the now Australian coach, Guus Hiddink. Are we going to see the same again in this cup?

Here's hoping. 'Carn 'Straya.

PerpetualBurn 06-26-2006 06:48 AM

Ah well, I'm officially finished for Summer as of this morning, so I can finally start enjoying the stupid amount of football to come. Not that I haven't squeezed a fair few games into my schedule.

I'll be backing the Aussies. Everyone loves an underdog.

americanfootball 06-26-2006 06:55 AM

Italy will win.

you've a fair enough Point Chris, I'm not going to complain.
I'm hoping for Straya to win as it's always great to see the underdog win, like ghana, but i don't think it's going to happen, Italy are a decently good side this year.
I'm bloody gutted that Ireland didn't qualify! :(
In other news, I'm planning on buying a new guitar, what are mavericks like?
Never had one, i figured i'd try it out, y'know?

see thats the thing, i think they're a decent side, but Australia have more than a good chance of victory, it should turn out to be a good match.

Proper rubbish. I had an F-1, and it was just totally average, mid-range Ibanez clone. They had this big thing about the pick-ups being great but they weren't really any good.

Argh

Just tried to log into my normal account, and this happened:

Can anyone explain why I still can't get into my account?

doublepost0rz 06-26-2006 07:16 AM

I quote my Myspace and bring joy to MX when I say:
Anyways, for the last few years, everything I've said to anyone, and anything they've said to me, has been monitored by my parents, they've read through every conversation I've ever had or listened in on every call. Now I can call people with moderate freedom through my cell phone. I am psychologically and emotionally unable to continue to deal with having no privacy whatsoever, having every word I've ever said recorded, and being critisized on my beliefs, religion, attitude, and other things, as I finally begin to aquire such traits that are common in the world. If you would ever like to talk to me again leave me your number or ask for mine because I will not be getting on the internet ever again, or at least chat programs and networking sites and forums and such, so, if you value and want to continue our friendship, leave me a number or ask for mine. Either way, stay cool people. I'm going to tear down the wall. I have to have a normal private life, I have to be a kid. I missed that so far, I've been like a lab rat, always being watched and trained to fit my parent's desires. It's time for me to become alive. Help me out by staying with me. It's time to become a hero, to become a 15 year old, to have my own responsibilities, by taking away my parent's ability to keep such tabs on me, so I can grow as a person to be able to take care of myself instead of being sheltered and weak. I'm going to be playing alot more guitar and using the phone alot more, so yeah, looking forward to all the practice. Things I am also getting rid of include my MX accounts, my Email, MSN, Yahoo, AIM, Myspace, Xanga, Photobucket, etc., so really, it's of urgent importance that if you wanna stay friends that you have some way to contact me.

Which Ireland? I'd have loved the possibility of some Blades players being in this world cup. Paddy Kenny>Shay Given.
