Eric Clapton is the king of emotional playing of course. Also a very good emotional singer. The guy is emotional dangit.

I'm debating whether healey is an emotional player with myself. He certainly has emotonal lyrics but it seems like he doesn't feel it in guitar. He barely has any slow solos.

:( confuzeled is me.

themightyquinn23 08-17-2004 06:29 PM

Yes

EDIT: Addressed to the zeppelin guy

ZeppelinMan30 08-17-2004 06:31 PM

I guess i understand if your a lennon/beatles fan.

ZeppelinMan30 08-17-2004 06:34 PM

I just think that the humun voice merely hampers music. (With of coarse many exceptions)

What the hell is that supposed to mean???

ZeppelinMan30 08-17-2004 06:35 PM
Well, I came to this conclusion. Black Rythm + White Melodies = Rock.
One of the best examples of this is Sublime's 40 oz to Freedom album.
What the hell is that supposed to mean???
I just meant that the beatles (and lennon) convey most emotion and melody in their singing rather than playing, and do it the best.

themightyquinn23 08-17-2004 06:38 PM

You're **** right they do!

Against Miik! 08-17-2004 06:38 PM

I don't like Zeppelinman.

BludgeonySteve 08-17-2004 06:42 PM

Both of you shut up . Take it to Msn or something.

ZeppelinMan30 08-17-2004 06:42 PM
I don't like Zeppelinman.
ZeppelinMan30 08-17-2004 06:44 PM

I think everyone needs to relax. not bicker. its childish

ZeppelinMan30 08-17-2004 06:46 PM

ZeppelinMan30 08-17-2004 06:49 PM

ZeppelinMan30 08-17-2004 07:01 PM

BludgeonySteve 08-17-2004 07:01 PM

Lithium2112 08-17-2004 07:02 PM

hey guys i just went to my local used record store and scored pretty good:
deff leppard - pyromania
rush - all the worlds a stage
max webster - a million vacations
king crimson - beat, starless and bible black
bto - freeways
aerosmith - a night in the ruts
steve miller band - the joker

and all that cost me about 40 bucks :)

Woodstock 08-17-2004 07:03 PM

My radio station has been playing the Woodstock concert on the radio the past three days. Pretty sweet. I was thinking about getting Hendrix at Woodstock.

I meant one of the classic rock fakers who only listens to Stairway. Or doesn't expand their taste past zeppelin. Because as great as Zeppelin are, there are better bands, in my opinion.

Sorry. :upset:
