Because life hates you

Sync0pation 08-23-2006 06:08 PM

Actually I was thinking about it and its probably because of fluctuations in NREM (non rapid eye movement) and REM (rapid eye movement) sleep, so it depends when you wake up.

AIGHT

Eww, that is scarry. std's are scarry. It's good, because they arn't real popular around here

We_Love_Lime 08-23-2006 08:50 PM

is it because nobody lives in your town?

Leprechauns1021 08-23-2006 08:51 PM

STD's are really popular here. But they are all snotty bitches, so I never interact with them. Now Cancer, thats a ****ing nerd right there

green242 08-23-2006 08:59 PM

uhhh... town of probably 10-15000... Nova Scotia Canada... Std's arn't real common. But people are still very cautious of them. That's why they are rare.

stevensonmat2 08-23-2006 09:03 PM

I dont think std's are popular anywhere. Who would like an std?

Daven 08-23-2006 09:04 PM

I need some help, please.

Well, today i started to look at techniques for playing double bass pedal, adn the one i liekd the most and felt more comfortable with was the swivel technique.

I have been practising this technique for only two days, but today this pain at the bottom of my knee started. Would this be because im not playing it well, or is it normal??

Thanks for any help.

derryk 08-23-2006 09:17 PM

I think Banff is the STD capital of Canada. Maybe just Alberta. Dunno.

What's a swivel technique?

Daven 08-23-2006 09:19 PM

Its when you move your foot from side to side on the footboard. I'm loving this technique or whatever it is, but whenever i walk i feel a pain on my lower knee.

derryk 08-23-2006 09:21 PM

I'm not connecting the dots. To make the pedal go down, you have to make your foot go down, not side to side. Maybe you should try just going up and down.

Daven 08-23-2006 09:27 PM

Well, im too lazy to explain it, haha. I guess ill have to go back to the way im used to play.

Half Life 08-23-2006 09:47 PM

Win A Rabbit 08-23-2006 09:55 PM

I think I've decided what I want for a tattoo, but it's a bit too long to fit most places. I think I might get it up the right side of my stomach. It reads:

"Fuck compassion and social conscience. There is money to be made and everything to destroy."

Win A Rabbit 08-23-2006 10:04 PM

Don't think this deserves it's own thread:

If I were to drill a cymbal (B8 ride, don't use it right now, trying to make it usable again), what would that do to the overall sound, and would i just drill it with a power drill and bits?

stevensonmat2 08-23-2006 10:05 PM

I thought sharkey was british. guffaw
