No.
Risk > All other games |
ugh bathing in feces > risk
Now that you say such a true statement I want to play Stratego.
Awesome, I bet I could beat you. Cob: No way in hell, man. |
Seriously, Axis and Allies destroys (just beats out risk though).
If there is a game with the random outcome and start of RISK, but the depth of Axis and Allies, i would totally buy it. |
I have no idea what that is.
edit: oshi 100 posts away from another thousand |
I have no idea what that is.
edit: oshi 100 posts away from another thousand
You dont know what what is? Axis and Allies? |
NO WAI I LOVE THAT GAME!!
I'm known as the Skip-Bo King 'round some parts... ...you would lose so bad... |
Oh really? I betchu I wouldn't.
I actually forgot how to play, I haven't played in ages. |
Wow, im bout to educate some suckas.
Axis and Allies is a strategy game that takes place over the entire world, in spring of 1942 (the height of World War II). The Axis powers, Germany and Japan, are in position to attack a lot of Allied areas at the start of the game, and they have to react quickly and take charge. The Allies, however, start with a position not favorable to defense, but they have a stronger economy (a major part of the game), and about 3 or 4 turns later, the allies will have finally gotten a few strongholds. Theres all kinds of different ground, air, and naval units too. The best analogy Ive heard was that Risk is like Checkers, where Axis and Allies is like Chess. |

Sounds boring.
Chess > Checkers John:  We should do that. |
Sounds boring.
Chess > Checkers John:  We should do that.
GTFO, that game gets way tense towards the later stages when both Germany and Japan are threatening Moscow. And AA is played with teams, so its fun in that sense too. |
Okay, I'll never play it though. :p

More in depth than Risk. Is this a board game? Or computer? |
Okay, I'll never play it though. :p
hahaha that made me lolz... I'll look into the Skip-Bo thing. Late night Skip-Bo Tourneys ftw... |
Sounds alright. More in depth than Risk.
Is this a board game? Or computer?
Board game. Compared to Risk, that analogy is perfect. Theres a lot more depth, all of the units have different abilities, you can build up technology, and every nation has a different responsibility. CHELS: Haha, okay. |
Yes. I played a chess game with my friend in my english class every day for a few weeks last year. I got pretty good at it. I beat him maybe 3 times, and we didn't finish a few times. bye again |

Checkers is too easy and it doesn't take that much skill or strategy.
|
that's why i'm the master of it
stupid people ftw |
lol
Where the **** is everyone? |
Chess kicks checkers ***. I'm not very good at chess but I play it quite often.
|
i haven't played chess since i was like 12 for obvious reasons
|
I hate checkers. There's no set strategy you can start off with. I suck at it because of that. :-\
