Diet Sodas Suck

Win A Rabbit 04-17-2006 06:37 PM

i've always had a thing for indian girls.

and my friend always talks about maori people, because his dad is from new zealand, and even though my friend's never been there, he assumes as if he's lived there his whole life. it's real funny when him and my other friend (who's dad is from england) fight about who's "country" is better.

I pretend I'm Lebanese.

Born there.

I'm not. It sucks.

We_Love_Lime 04-17-2006 07:11 PM

I got back from soccer.

My fingers are superglued together and crusting.

And my leg is slived about 1/3 around my leg. It's so cool. I took pictures.

I AM SO PISSED!!!
I was so going to spend all night sitting infront of the TV playing video games.
But NOOOOOOOOOO.
I get to game crazy, find a copy of Dark Cloud II, and decided to buy it since they didn't have Disgaea or FF7.I get it home, and it freezes up about 20 seconds into the first scene. It freezes again about 2 minutes later, and then again about 3 minutes later.
I take it out, and theres a miniscule little warpage in the disc.
I swear to god I hate that store. Is it so hard to fricken' test the games before they put them up for sale?
If they don't take it back I am going to go shoot some god damn nerd ass tomorrow.

VTDS_xx 04-17-2006 07:16 PM

Maggot Dream 04-17-2006 07:48 PM

Damn you faith. I would be seeing him, but it's a 21+ venue here. I was really looking forward to it too.

We_Love_Lime 04-17-2006 08:49 PM
I don't think maori's did/do that
Well I mean the whole tribal/native mentality really.

That was just an example joke.

But I'm asuming Maori's do some very very interesting stuff. In terms of intelligence and bravery and all.

I respect it alot.

Janeway 04-17-2006 08:56 PM

I have just enough money to buy a DS.
Why the hell would a system like the PSP, which has so many capabilities and could knock Nintendo right on it's ass, have nothing but sucky games?!
I mean...A handheld system is a system meant to be used away from home.
So why the hell wouldn't you have games that are long and engrossing like so many of the nintendo RPG's that are out?? All they have are crappy mediocre titles that only appeal to the small brained fan boys.
God.

For one thing, you can watch movies and download videos, pictures, and music onto a PSP. But yeah if you're a hardcore video game fan, the DS is the way to go.

But I don't have either so what do I know.

Maggot Dream 04-17-2006 09:13 PM

PSPs are rich people toys anyways.

Elmo McCheese 04-17-2006 09:15 PM

My friend actually stole some rich kid's PSP from the gym locker room, it included a 400MB memory stick which naturally is now filled with pron and music videos.

Watch movies, yes.
But the UMD movies cost as much as normal DVDs, and all of the special features and what not gets chopped out. Not that I watch special features much, but still.
And as far as downloading movies...
An 8mb memory card comes standard. For $50 you get a USB cable and 1G memory. I believe the highest memory you can get is 4 gigs, and it's around $200 for that.

I am going to customize my interface and crap the next time my sister is at work, because I've finally got a computer handy that's got Windows XP, the only OS that the PSP supports.

Maggot Dream 04-17-2006 09:17 PM

There's a kid who watches pr0n on his video iPod during my band class. It's really annoying, a bunch of spatulas always gather around making grunting noises.

Elmo McCheese 04-17-2006 09:20 PM

I know one of those kids too, and if it isn't bad enough it's often the Paris Hilton sex tape  . Pr0n in its lowest form.

Juicy_Forlorn 04-17-2006 09:28 PM

Oh dear.
I just returned from the opening night of a musical production I'm in. I'm playing drums for the pit band.
It went....somewhat disastrously.
In the second song, one of the kids on stage fell, and took another kid down with her. They fell off the stage, into the pit, just barely missing landing on top of me and the drumset. So we had to stop the play, lift the kids out of the pit, and then start again.
Then at the beginning of the second act, the synthesizer went somewhat insane and started playing some sort of techno beat in the middle of the song.

Hopefully all that could possibly go wrong with this drama production has already happened now, and the rest of the week will be smooth sailing.

Janeway 04-17-2006 09:35 PM

I need a really cool picture to put in my PSP case.

Seafroggys 04-17-2006 09:35 PM

argh she's so ugly

Had the worst day coming home from college.

It was a full tank, but there's a gas leak. So on my way home (22 minute drive, roughly 18 miles) my gas gauge is quickly dropping, and i smell gas cause i had the rear windows propped open (i'm in an 89 Grand Caravan). The car starts 'coughing' and lagging and ****. I barely make it up two steep hills (going about 15-20 mph with rush hour traffic behind me) and finally, i'm a mile from home, i get to a heavy busy 4 way stop, and the car dies.

I immediately called my mom, she said someone probably syphoned the gas, which didn't make since. So i got some people to help me push it over to the side, i call my granddad (who lives next door to me) and brought some gas, and again I barely made it home, because of the gas leak, which my granddad pointed out (and I figured on my own).

Win A Rabbit 04-17-2006 09:55 PM

i have a question:

if there is such a thing as "disgruntled", is there also "gruntled" ???

Elmo McCheese 04-17-2006 09:59 PM
i have a question:

lol I've heard that one before.

http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=gruntle Second definition.

Win A Rabbit 04-17-2006 10:26 PM

i thought of that while at my friend's house this evening. i'm going to start using the word gruntle now.

anyways, i'm finally burning vheissu from my friend. i've been wanting it since the day it came out, and every time i try to download some of the tracks individually, they never work. so i finally remembered to borrow it from him. i've heard the cd through about 10 times, and i love it more each time.

and i just showered. first time since wednesday night. and i stunk real bad from work. decided it'd be fairly gross if i went to school in that state tomorrow.

milkmit 04-17-2006 10:40 PM

yay.
saw against me! tonight, who opened up for alkaline trio. not sure why they were opening up for a band with half their talent (teehee), but they did....and it wasn't bad.

Win A Rabbit 04-17-2006 10:44 PM

i just recently got into against me! and i was very impressed. i'm not a big fan of alkaline trio though. alkaline trio is coming here in a little bit, but not with against me!. if they were, i'd go just for am!.

I'm doing all the percussion (except drumset) for Les Miserables at my school in two weeks, now you got me all nervous.

Janeway 04-17-2006 11:11 PM

One year our school did a musical that involved using a projector to flash short clips of previously shot footage up on this massive screen that came down from the ceiling.
On the second, and most crowded, night, one the 45 year old ropes suspending it came loose and the whole shabang hit the stage. It had to have been in 1/2 and inch of this girl. Would have totally cracked her skull open.
They had to have the stage crew come out and cut the other rope that didn't fall out all the way, and the next night they had to have like 6 kids carry the screen out for it.
