if it's files you can take the harddrive out and mount it on another computer as an extra drive and just take the data

get a windows disc (or steal a version of windows, burn it to a DVD) and put it into the computer.
it should boot from the windows disc
you can then reformat and reinstall windows on the computer and it will be fresh and then you can log into it and everything and then sell it on craigslist

yeah you can get windows from plenty of torrents

look for windows 7 iso 's and then look up how to burn them to a DVD
I think you can also mount it on a flash drive and do it that way, but I haven't done it in a while.

I usually have a way of getting a legitimate copy of windows for free so I don't remember how to do this
