combat and atmosphere were good enough to make me like it. the plot's background is incredibly intriguing, but the way the plot of the actual game worked out was very contrived to me. just having some picture with a voice tell you everything to do is not the way a game like bioshock should be paced.

for the record bioshock is probably the best game to come out on the 360. it only needed like 10 more hours of gameplay to be one of the best games EVER

anyone happen to have an iso for ff7 by chance? I couldn't find one so i downloaded the pc version of the game and i guess it needs windows 95 to run so now i'm back looking for the psx version again wtf

games don't interest me because I already know my skill level at them and I think they're a waste of time. All games have a core gameplay mechanic, and most are boring after awhile.

yeah dude youre really just being close minded by saying 'all media sucks its made for the mainstream idiot and thats not me'. youre just looking at the biggest box office money makers of the summer and thinking that. yeah, transformers and gi joe were just made for popcorn movie goers, but hundreds of movies come out every year that dont get released to many theaters, or any at all, and are excellent. and sometimes you have to stop being so negative and just appreciate popcorn action flicks for exactly what they are - mindless fun. nothing beats a good die hard.

i watch a new, different movie every night. and rarely do i find one that i really dislike.

Personally, I don't have the time nor money to digging through most modern gaming systems to find the games that are good so I sympathise with you there. Still, I love playing retro games every now and then for nostalgias sake SNES emulators and cheap 8-button USB controllers are about the best thing ever to me.

I never had an interest in movies until I got older, now I obsessively track down the rarest, weirdest stuff I can find. It's fun.
