That's good. I think I did well on all of mine except for my Java class. I bombed it. I played Counter Strike instead of writing programs.

Tomorrow I go in for my college assessments.

What are you studying? I also have to program in Java. And I think I could've been playing CS and would have the same mark...

Uhh. Arrays, and I have no idea what they were, hence why I'm not taking another class like it.

Tests I have to take (in English and Math) to determine if I'm qualified to be taking college courses and what courses to put me in. For the English, I just have to qualify for Freshman English. For Math I see what level of Math I should be taking. I'm going to be taking the lower one, sicne I had a horrible math teacher in 11th grade and don't know Algebra II very well.

What math did you take? I took College Algebra my freshman year, and I have no idea what I'm taking next year

I took Algebra I my freshman year, Geometry my sophmore year, and Algebra II my junior year, but had a bad teacher, so I pretty much have the knowledge of Alg 1, Geometry and half the stuff from Alg II. They were all CPM/PCM, which is college prep stuff.

I'm pretty screwed for math, haven't had math for at least, although I got a little practice in Chemistry, and I'm really good at basic Algebra (who isn't, it is so f[b][i][/b][/i]ucking easy, although I've seen people really struggle with simple solve for X problems)

I ****ing hate algebra. It was the only subject I failed last year and I've repeated it, with any luck, so I think I'll be failing it again. You don't want to know what I'm studying...

I hated a lot of Alg 2, because most of it is completely pointless and you will never need it unless you go into a really math heavy field, which isn't the case for me.

2nd year is sophomore year... and i'm not sure why. Anyone care to explain?

Freshman is pretty obvious. It's your first year so you're "fresh".

Sophomore = Sophos (wise in Greek) + Moros (Foolish)

So Sophomore means wise fool as you're wiser than your first year and not as wise as your third year.

Sketch, you pretty smart. I understand the freshman one, but never would have guessed the sophmore one.
