it was in a lawsuit. it was down for like 3 days during, but the prosecutors were just unable to really get anything concrete against them. it came back up after a few days and has been up since.

now i did hear something about some company buying them, and intending changing it. but you hear so many rumors about that place who knows if its true.

i love thepiratebay. the best place to go for games and movies without having to register. i dont get any music through torrents.

I use the pirate bay only for games.

i scan for viruses like once a week. never had anything other than completely harmless advertising ****. and rarely have that. as long as you stick to trusted groups and uploaders youre completely safe. ppl that say they find viruses are ****ing idiots.

in my experience torrents usually get a bad name because most people are only experienced with public trackers, and when you come across private communities with good content you have to work for it and can't just be a leech.
