I drank 1.5 litres of water before hitting the beer and shots last night. I got up at 10:00am and feeling great. I think I'm onto something!

The amount I drank would usually have me in bed till 1pm and stuffed till dinner.

i'm back for a new school year if anyone remembers me. i don't even know if any of my ol chums are still on here.

either way my drums have gone through some changes over the summer. as soon as my power crash comes in sometime early september i'll post pics. unfortunately its on back order at musicians friend. i ordered it any way because i could get a 10% discount if i ordered before august 15
