Into The Moat are pretty ****ing sweet for their genre.

And as much as I hate to admit it now, I had Unearth's Endless EP, and I loved it. Even now when I hear that band, it still doesnt sound even close to as bad as the **** being tossed around lately labeled Metalcore.

The Endless EP is mad good. And Into The Moat is good, but they're not like the best metalcore.

Lame, poppy metalcore I guess is the best description I can come up with.

The bands first cd, had an assload of originality. Or you're just judging it by one or two songs.

Converge are truly the only Metalcore band that matters. I love hardcore but metalcore mostly sucks.

Yeah I know, I'm exagerating my opinion there. But I don't really like metalcore other than Converge and some other songs from other bands.

You should listen to more metalcore then.

Try checking out Architects, Skycamefalling, Prayer For Cleansing, and Dead Man In Reno [new stuff is really death metal influenced], they're some of my favorites.

More like you forgot, Overcast, Aftershock, 7 Angels 7 Plagues, Prayer For Cleansing, Converge, Shai Hulud, and Skycamefalling. :angry:
