a pet peeve of mine, is Slayer noobs that yell out, "Jesus Saves no one!" holy crap. Maybe it's just a plague in San Diego.. but I've had people walk by me when I'm wearing a Slayer shirt and they'll yell that out. You know what it is though? It was that stupid VH1: Growing Up Metalhead and that stupid comedian who talked about when he heard Reign in Blood for the first time.

what does everyone think of the new slayer album. I think its quite bad actually, they really don't cover any new ground and only 3 songs are worth listening to.

I actually can't stop listening to it. At first i thought it all sounded average and boring but now i like every song (some more than others). I really don't know why people are saying it sucks.

Agreed. I also hate it when people come up to me and go (jokingly) 'Slayer rawks so hard dude!!!'. That gets a fist in their gut from me. I've never had anyone say that to me, but I'd be pissed. I've had people say that Slayer sucks. I'd much rather them do that. I remember once I was wearing a Metallica shirt and some douche was all, "Nice Metal-licka shirt." I wanted to smash his skull.

I've come to find out that I can't listen to old Slayer and then new Slayer. Like, if I'm listening to "Christ Illusion" and then try and put in "Haunting the Chapel", it just doesn't sit right with me. I have to go through something else. It's kinda weird.

I love both albums though.

I just bought the new album. I think it is AWESOME. Flesh Storm is amazing.

I dont like the new album much.
But I think I might go see them on the Unholy Alliance tour when it hits here in November because...I can.
