You play football? You look like a skinny bitch in some random photo I saw of you.

NewKindofArmy03 08-06-2006 11:25 PM

Best show of my life tonight.

Set your Goals-good
This Is Hell-good, but i'm not into them really.
Murphys Law-Ruled so much. They're hilarious. Only downside was they didn't play a lot of songs. They also covered Straight Edge, that was awesome.
Comeback Kid-Awesome. People went nuts for them.

GB-AMAZING. Seriously couldn't of asked for anything more. Everyone was going insane, I was pretty much dead after the first 2 songs. They also covered Warzone and that ruled too.

So yeah, best show.

Man it's so hard to decide sometimes between Through Being Cool and Can't Slow Down. Both have such awesome qualities.

faith and fiction 08-07-2006 12:56 PM

They did As One at the CBGB's Reunion, so it's probably that one. I hope they do it at the Austin show.

NewKindofArmy03 08-07-2006 03:31 PM

Yeah, they did As One. It was awesome. They also didn't play any new songs here.

BuddyBigsby 08-07-2006 04:45 PM

Dude **** GB they should do an all Warzone cover set. As One is going to be INSANE.

blacklisted dude with short sleeves
You can hardly make me out but I'm on the opposite side of the stage...

I spy Pat...

Check out the drummer from Bracewar destroying the stage/mother****ers/the universe during the build up to Joe Hardcore's part. He did that during every heavier band. Way more scary in person, haha.

This video is edited too which is kinda weak. About 15-20 seconds into the intro, the guitarist stepped on his cable and unplugged the guitar so they had to start over. It was pretty funny because it killed everyone's buzz for a little bit.

Lazybassplr56 08-07-2006 05:14 PM

I think I spotted Pat for a second. Check out the big black dude on the far right pounding on the stage. He's going ape sh!t.

faith and fiction 08-07-2006 05:15 PM

It's cause he's black

Lazybassplr56 08-07-2006 05:16 PM

I lied, that's actually me. People call me Big Bubba.

Yeah, that's the Bracewar drummer. Dude is gruff.

Lazybassplr56 08-07-2006 05:33 PM

That's him? Fuuuuukkk.

RetiredAt21 08-07-2006 07:41 PM

That guy is HUGE. I definitely wouldn't f'uck with that guy.

Seriously that guy was scary, one time he just swung his arm and wrapped it around my neck and just kinda threw me.

BuddyBigsby 08-08-2006 04:51 AM

haha, at Think I Care on Friday this dude I know I guess unintentionally threw into one of the security dudes (who's a mosh kid) and busted his lip. The security guy gets in his face and says, "WATCH WHERE YOU'RE MOSHING" and that Bracewar dude just comes up and goes, "Don't **** with this kid" to the security guard.

40 oz 2 freedom 08-08-2006 06:43 PM

I wish they did that to the asshole security guy at S&F that grabbed my damn shirt and called me a motherfucker and like threatened me.

- It's official: BLACKLISTED staying together, word direct from the band...

Hello.
Anyone that has been following the BLACKLISTED rumor mill has probably heard every thing under the sun regarding this band. To clear things up I would first like to say, thank you to anyone who has showed any interest and emailed, messaged or otherwise got in touch with us, giving kind words to stay together. While driving across the country to play Sound and Fury, I got a phone call from a friend in Chicago for us to play there on our way back home, We had been talking about how we thought we made a bad decision with "breaking up" so the prospect of another show was a good one. After we found a bass player and confirmed for the Chicago show, we got offered two more shows (Denver, Omaha). After playing these shows and continuing on our "mini-tour" we all for the first time since Tim left the band felt on the same page about continuing on without him. Our experience at Sound And Fury alone was enough to make us re-evaluate our decision, one of the most intense experiences we have ever had as a band. We can’t wait for next year. With that said BLACKLISTED is still a band, we will be touring the United states all of September. October we will be going to Europe with RISE AND FALL and in November we will be doing around a week or so with a band that says there are NO HEROES...

Thanks for everything everybody.

- BLACKLISTED
