they are a dying thing. some have been revived. bit of a trend in some places. but for the most part they are gone. but a few remain in the entire Los Angeles area. maybe several. and that's not saying much in a city of millions. I live nearby one. several miles. so i'm lucky that way. great way to see a movie. especially an a nice night with the moonroof of my car open. it's just fun. i like it a lot. and yeah, opposite sex company required. or same sex. however you swing...

The last time I went to see a movie, it was at a drive-in.

It wasn't fun though.
