You lease, its cheaper. Houses are still f'ucking expensive here. You have to be making some good dough to move anywhere near a city with jobs. In the Bay Area if you worked in SF, you would have to live near Sac in order to afford a house, it's f'ucking insane.

I like having kids on my street. We had some, and the moved out after we found out their father was sexually abusing them. Then we went without for awhile, but now the child population is growing really fast. Most are fine, sometimes a bit annoying. But the redneck kids the father is more annoying then the kids because he is always going up and down the d'amn street on a dirt bike.
