yeah i get really sad whenever i drink usually, or smoke weed, or do any drugs other than painkillers

I never get sad when I smoke, drinking doesn't make me sad at all but if I'm in a bad mood already it kinda makes it worse I feel.

Whenever I get depressed I feel like going on hikes or just long walks in general helps a ton.

Usually just a good atmosphere to think about everything that's bothering me with minimal distractions and then I realize how stupid I'm being and come to terms with stuff.
