sMURFJEW 06-17-2004 12:10 AM

i second that

btoto 06-17-2004 07:20 AM

I guess Kirk wrote Hero of the Day riff and clean intro to Sanitarium

Kreator 06-17-2004 09:23 AM

he also wrote something in master of puppets. maybe the riff after the solo

superpeer 06-17-2004 10:08 AM

How do you know what he wrote?

Kreator 06-17-2004 10:17 AM

the riff after the solo is the easiest riff in the song

Kreator 06-17-2004 10:58 AM

i've just realised that creeping death is the only metallica song where i really like the drums

superpeer 06-17-2004 11:23 AM

I like the 'fight fire with fire' drums, and the drums from 'one'.

Seahawk 06-17-2004 11:46 AM

I really like Disposable heroes off Master Of Puppets. In my opinion its one of the best.

sMURFJEW 06-17-2004 12:43 PM

Did kirk write the intro to nothin else matters?

Abbath 06-17-2004 12:48 PM

No. James came up with it while he talked on the phone...

superpeer 06-17-2004 01:28 PM

Heh, even I could come up with that intro. :p

sMURFJEW 06-17-2004 01:53 PM

Thats why i thought kirk wrote it

superpeer 06-17-2004 02:02 PM

You actually think that anyone reads your posts with that avatar?
I really like Disposable heroes off Master Of Puppets. In my opinion its one of the best.
Why is that funny ?

punkmetalbassist 06-17-2004 03:08 PM
Hi I'm hot. 310 247 8787. Call me. Arrrggghhh. Metallica sucks. So does Nirvana, Ac-dc and Jimi Hendrix. led Zeppellin, however, takes the cake for sucking the most. The best band in the world is Puff Daddy and Good Charlotte. I saw them on the punk rock tour and diddy on the hate me tour. Thanks call please. I'd like to hear your response. Signed Arian
just kidding

metallica kicks @ss

Squirrel 06-17-2004 04:24 PM

HeRoOfThEdAy1589 06-17-2004 06:06 PM

sMURFJEW 06-17-2004 06:13 PM

Fade to black as well

HeRoOfThEdAy1589 06-17-2004 06:14 PM

yeah that would have been awesome too

sMURFJEW 06-17-2004 06:16 PM

If they did The four Horsemen, then my life would be complete

punkmetalbassist 06-18-2004 12:42 AM
Metallica is awsome. I would have to say jump in the fire is my fave, metallica solo. whats everyone elses
master od puppets, ride the lightning and battery all have awesome solos, and so do almost all the rest, but those are the best

sMURFJEW 06-18-2004 01:02 AM

I love the first Four horsemen solo, the slow one. Fade to black and Ride the lightning are cool aswell

Po0sH 06-18-2004 01:48 AM

I like the One solo and I like AFJA solo too

Mekkalayakay 06-18-2004 01:55 AM

I just bought ...And Justice For All today. Good stuff.

DeaconPhoenix 06-18-2004 02:18 AM

In regards to those few songs above, some of them were originally intended for S&M II, but Michael Kamen, unfortunately, sort of ceased to be alive, which would have made it a bit difficult for him to go through with it.

ShadowsA7X 06-18-2004 04:17 AM

The St. Anger album isn't as good as all the other albums. I think they're doomed for the rest of they're lives because of that **** album.

There was going to be an S&M 2 !

CreepingBlack 06-18-2004 05:06 AM

Kirk's best cd as far as his soloing goes is definitely JUSTICE. The solos for Blackened, One, Shortest straw, and Dyers Eve are AWESOME.]

superpeer 06-18-2004 05:13 AM
I just bought ...And Justice For All today. Good stuff.
Yep, that's a good one.

Kreator 06-18-2004 07:09 AM

i hope not all songs on and justice for all are like harvester of sorrow

HeRoOfThEdAy1589 06-18-2004 08:08 AM

wait there was gonna be an S&M 2! aww man that would have been awesome. it would be cool if that would be their last album.

Burdcheese 06-18-2004 09:15 AM
i hope not all songs on and justice for all are like harvester of sorrow
