i just came to the conclusion that it doesnt really do anything except make you forget about the **** thats bothering you/depressing you for a finite period of time. i mean, once youre not high, whatever your problem is is still there, unchanged. its a bandaid solution, doesnt actually fix anything in the long run.

at least thats the way it was for me, looking back. unless you have glaucoma, insomnia, or no hobbies, i dont see how it could actually fix any problems at all.

it helps a lot with anxiety. if i didn't smoke i would hardly be able to function normally, and my depression would be insane.
