I remember you...

For the record, never tell any male friend that it's your birthday. Ever.

Surtr 04-07-2006 07:44 PM

Eehh..Why?

Birthday Punches. Apparently, at some point in history, some dude got so jealous of it being his friend's birthday, so he started to punch his friend. As an excuse, he made a game out of it. You get one punch for every year of your life, and, if your friends are assholes, "one for good luck".

I managed to get until third period without anyone knowing, but then right before class ends, my teacher says "Oh, and happy birthday, Jon". ****!! **** **** ****!!!. Four different people punched me in five minutes.

People punch really hard, too. I managed to stay in my math class during lunch so that no one could get me then. My teacher's cool, so he let me leave 30 seconds before the bell rang so I wouldn't have to deal with people punching me in the hallway.

I got away with maybe 30 punches all together "Each person gets 16 hits, Jon!".

It looks like I wrote in blue highlighter on my right arm, and my left is fairly sore.

DJ Ducksauce 04-07-2006 08:19 PM

Ouch man.

I'm glad my birthday is in the summer.

Surtr 04-07-2006 08:20 PM

Haha, that sucks..Pain hurts..lol

HomeCatMickey8 04-07-2006 08:27 PM

Dude you're Lightning Strikes Two Times. How could people not know you?

Surtr 04-07-2006 08:30 PM

Who are you Stew?

Bye Matt.

/maybe goes to play Oblivion again

Gnarmageddon 04-07-2006 10:53 PM

Hahaha, Brandon got banned?

Wow. DO NOT go see V for Vendetta. One of the worst movies I've ever seen.

TakeWarning 04-07-2006 10:55 PM

I heard V for Vendetaa was really good...

Now I don't know what to think.

DJ Ducksauce 04-07-2006 11:04 PM

Spence likes the naked zombie movies.

And why did Brandon get banninated?

Gnarmageddon 04-07-2006 11:05 PM

Yeah, everyone who I know that's seen it says it was amazing, but it was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad. I'm astonished at how awful it was.

Seriously. My friend went to see another movie and he waited outside our theater for the movie to get out. He made a shirt on some site that said "F***, my wing!" with a cartoon picture of a turkey whose wing was lying on the ground in front of it. I got more entertainment from his shirt in 10 seconds than I did in the 2 hour movie.

Justin: No.

Probably because he spams like crazy. See: Our community thread.

Mute Print 04-07-2006 11:06 PM

Thanks for closing the thread Spence.

Now I'll get to work on round 2.

You know naked zombies turn you on. :p

oic, hmmmm...I'm not banned though. weird.

Gnarmageddon 04-07-2006 11:15 PM

I guess he got banned for encouraging bad behavior in The Pit. Hm.

Mute Print 04-07-2006 11:18 PM

Hahaha.

The Pit is lame anyway.

Gnarmageddon 04-07-2006 11:19 PM

Yeah, it's gone so far downhill.

Well guys, I'm off to bed. Talk to you later.

DJ Ducksauce 04-07-2006 11:32 PM

Night Spence.

I'm out too.

Night Brian and whoever else is on.

CommieCanada 04-07-2006 11:33 PM

im out as well

TakeWarning 04-08-2006 12:07 AM

The Pit is pretty gay, with the exception of like five posters who are pretty funny.

Spiritofmosa 04-08-2006 01:39 AM

i think the new angels and airwaves song is cool

chumpradio 04-08-2006 03:15 AM

The Pit used to be a great forum back when I first joined, and then it is like a yoyo, going from good to bad, and vice versa. Although now it seems to be almost totally overrun with idiots, so I don't see how it'll improve.

Kif 04-08-2006 04:22 AM

I agree with that so much. I used to enjoy posting there because at least I knew the regulars were good posters. Now it's filled with people like Nath and Klown, who are sometimes entertaining, but for the most part just annoy me. Oh well, there's the odd good thread every once in a while. I post in the Media Center too, since that place doesn't suck at all.

chumpradio 04-08-2006 04:42 AM

Yeah, I don't even recognise half of the people there anymore.
Like with pop punk, some great posters stopped posting like Brycey, Ste and Jas (well, she barely posts anymore), but we have also got lots of new good posters.
In the pit, the good posters left, and they were replaced with idiots.
But still, every once in a while, there's a thread that can make me life.

billiejoe84 04-08-2006 04:51 AM

Ah, I do love reminiscing about the good ole days. Even though I've not been here as long as you guys.

I wish Ste and Jas would post more often. And I havent seen Brycey in so long I'd forgotten about him until I read that.

Sigh.

Kif 04-08-2006 05:09 AM

I always missed El Hefe. He was my news-reporting buddy. And Ste was awesome, as well as brycey, Jas, Nicky. I know I'm forgetting people, but I suck with names, so deal with it.

I'm listening to Finch, my mum just walked past so I think she might say something about it

billiejoe84 04-08-2006 05:10 AM

Does your mum disapprove of Finch?

Kif 04-08-2006 05:12 AM

No, but the other day I was listening to Thursday and she asked "What the hell is that!"

Finch is kinda similar, although the song I'm listening to isn't as much.

billiejoe84 04-08-2006 05:15 AM

Living away from parents ftw.

Ah, that reminds me. I was playing poker with a group of geeks the other night, and they all kept saying 'LOL' and 'FTW' and 'LMAO'. It was a bit wierd.

chumpradio 04-08-2006 05:18 AM

Yeah, those and Rachid too.

Kif 04-08-2006 05:21 AM

Rachid was awesome! His avatar was the best!

That's kinda scary that they'd sayd FTW in real life. I'll admit to have said LOL in real life, but it's kind of popular to do it at my school for some reason.

I can't wait until I'm 18 though. I'll be playing online poker a lot more I think. Hopefully I'll gain a profit too

billiejoe84 04-08-2006 05:25 AM

I don't really understand poker that well, probably because I don't play it much. I never know when it's sensible to bet, and if my hand's worth anything, and so forth.

Ah, I hope my housemate hurries up with his first shower of the day. He seems to have at least 3 a day and it always seems to coincide with when I really need the bathroom. Like now.

Kif 04-08-2006 05:27 AM

I've played poker a bit at school during free periods, but we never play it now. I think it's one of the best things ever though. I've won a few games (We bet for Skittles a while ago heh), so I'm comfortable playing it. Plus, you can have a drink and chat and stuff while you're playing, and not talk it so seriously.

Loosy goosy, my friend.

billiejoe84 04-08-2006 05:35 AM

Ah, t'has been ages since I've seen that phrase used. Tis still a favourite.

Does anyone think it's bad that I haven't seen my lady friend in about 2 days, but it feels like 2 weeks? I hate how women can affect my normally ice-cool persona.

Surtr 04-08-2006 09:06 AM

The pit has started to suck..I miss the old days tooo

B 04-08-2006 09:23 AM

Hey guys stop talking about me behind my back. :p

I think 3 weeks was a little excessive but whatever.
