I GOT POWERSLAVE BACK. I'm gonna go listen to it for hours upon hours like the good old days.
i just dont ever lend maiden out unless ive made a compilation cd of my own to use to convert the heathen.
powerslave is also probably one of the best maiden albums, if you can say that some are better than others

Josh 11-28-2004 02:47 PM
Shameful, you should have all the Maiden albums....

It's a good album, it's got greats like Losfer Words (Big 'Orra), Rime of the Ancient Mariner, Aces High, and loads of other great one :thumb:
i dont have them all yet, ive got five proper ones and some pirates, cant afford them all genuine and i dont have enough space for all 23 (inc. live albums)

Lord Abortion 11-28-2004 02:58 PM

powerslave rules
its not just the four famous songs from it that make it that good
it's the really underrated ones like the duellists and flash of the blade (incredible opening riff) that do it!

yeh exactly. plus so many of the songs are about people dying or getting hurt or killed :thumb:

Josh 11-28-2004 03:00 PM

the bit where blaze goes "i'm just a soldier" then it launches into a huge solo
liking it!

GurS 11-28-2004 04:04 PM

i don't have somewhere in time because of this:

i wanted something to look forward too after buying both the blaze albums (last maiden thing i got was x-factor)

Lord Abortion 11-28-2004 04:07 PM

x- factor is good
I actually prefer the blaze sign of the cross to the bruce one
as it was written for his voice **another shock**

GurS 11-28-2004 04:19 PM
