What the fuck?
I told my mother I wanted an mp3 player, and she's yelling at me to go get a piece of shit 512mb tampon. I don't want a shitty mp3 player. I'm not going to settle for it.

I hate this. They keep asking me what I want over and over, like their going to buy me something big and special. Fuck. There isn't anything I want under $100. I download all of the movies and music I want, I don't want to upgrade anything on my kit, and anything that I can upgrade, is too expensive.

And she's going to the casino now. To blow the money it would cost for the shit I want for my birthday.
to date, I've usually say nothing about anything you gripe about. But I must say, that statement was totally ungrateful.

Sunshine 08-12-2006 06:08 PM

Yeah mans.

What about like..I dunno...clothes or something? A hat? A book even?

Janeway 08-12-2006 06:09 PM

Yeah, I don't care, either.

I'm grateful, but I'm also premenstrual.

And if someobody is thinking of giving me a lecture on what a sorry fuck I am, keep in mind: I don't care.

Sunshine 08-12-2006 06:12 PM

Eh.

I kinda dislike my birthday/Christmas coming around.

All year long I can think of bazillions of things I want, but as soon as that week comes along I can't think of anything but like..Acid Pro or a new iPod [or battery] or something.

Except last year I wanted scarves, so it made everybodys lives a lot easier.

Ethan. 08-12-2006 06:14 PM

I actually like my birthdays... I get free money and stuff.

Thats what you all should doo, ask for money.

Sunshine 08-12-2006 06:17 PM

My parents don't believe in giving money unless it's in the form of a gift card.

They do that sometimes. Like, 3 different $50 cards from 3 different stores for my birthday and actual stuff [books, PJs, maybe a purse or a hat or something] for Christmas.

Ethan. 08-12-2006 06:20 PM

Yeah money isn't a very meaningful gift... but its the most helpful to me because I don't want my parents going out and buying my crash cymbals... I fear a Titanium ZXT and a B8 crash

I hat having to bring back gifts...

fishbulb 08-12-2006 07:38 PM

That's why you go to the store with them, tell them exactly what you want, even show them. When i did that they didn't feel like driving back to the store later, so they bought them right there, but waited until it was my birthday to give them to me.

Seafroggys 08-12-2006 07:46 PM

I always give explicit details on drum gear I want. Usually for b-days and xmas I ask for sticks, heads, and misc stuff because my parents don't like buying big gifts unlike some parents who like spoiling their kids.....

anyway, like when I asked for a clear PS4 for my bass, I told my mom "Okay, I want a Remo Powerstroke 4, 22" and clear. And not a 3, a 4." Just to prevent the store from giving her a PS3.

Aaron 08-12-2006 09:05 PM

you kids, i'm too old for gifts apparently. i get taken out to dinner and am happy with that.

Aw man, i'm never drinking again. Last night i went to the pub with my mate and we had a half dozen beers and then we got a call to go to my mate rowan's appartment. we turned up and he wasn't there and we were told [by the people we were meeting up with] that he was running late. so we broke in and started drinking his beer. we drank it all [2 cases between 4 people]. we decided to go clubbing and were down in the carpark when i got a call from rowan. he was stoned and when i asked where he'd been he said "in my room looking out the window.. hey i can see you". he was in his room the entire time but was so stoned he didn't hear us break in and eat his food and drink his beer for 4 hours. needless to say i drank alot more after that and got home at 4am. eugh.

That's what they say *everytime*

Aaron 08-12-2006 09:14 PM

yeah

Sunshine 08-12-2006 09:15 PM

Y'know, that's what it's slowly turning into for me, I guess.

The younger you are, the more crap you get and the less you appreciate it.

But once your old enough to actually appreciate it and junk, you don't get it anymore.

Ah well.

Janeway 08-12-2006 09:16 PM

I have a huge craving for one of those little cheese wheels that comes wrapped in red wax, but I've never had one in my life...And I don't even like cheese.

The closest thing we have is some parmigiano reggiano my sister bought in Italy.
Hmm...

Sunshine 08-12-2006 09:30 PM

Oh, those Babel cheese things with the cow on them?

I freaking love those.

Panopticon 08-12-2006 09:49 PM
Oh, those Babel cheese things with the cow on them?

They're called babybel, and last i checked they dont have a cow on them but i could be wrong. The ones in a red wrapper and then are covered in red wax. I hate em they're so gross.

And Pespi, Parmagianno Regianno is probably the best cheese ever.

Brokensticks 08-12-2006 09:54 PM

ya but you can roll up the wax and throw it.

Sunshine 08-12-2006 09:54 PM

Yeah, Babybel, whatever.

There is too a cow~ On the tag. Not the actual cheese rounds themselves.

I havn't had one in forever, but they come in yellow wax too.

Evey Hammond: Who are you?
V: Who? Who is but the form following the function of what, and what I am is a man in a mask.
Evey Hammond: Well I can see that.
V: Of course you can. I'm not questioning your powers of observation, I'm merely remarking upon the paradox of asking a masked man who he is.

V for Vendetta was an aweosme move, I didn't get it to finish it because my dad wanted to go on a country western picnic.
Crazy Man.

Sunshine 08-12-2006 10:03 PM

Awww.

I saw the movie in the theater, twas a lovely, lovely movie. I absolutely adore the entire concept.

We_Love_Lime 08-12-2006 10:06 PM

Heh I posted.

Stick It up your butt.
Than I realised that was interelty inapropriate so I deleted it.

Really Sunshine?
I got to the point where..
I don't know.
Oh yeah, where Evey leaves him after he torchers her.
Apparantly theres much more of the movie left.

Nm Lepre.
I went to hear western music.
And they fed us too much baked beans, so I feel like I **** my pants, but in all honsety. I didn't. Akward Feeling to say the least.

Sunshine 08-12-2006 10:07 PM

Christianity isn't THAT bad.

Well, depends on which specific religion we're talking about here.

Far as being what-all is up with me...you guys don't want to know. Boy problems =( *sigh*

And what-all is up with you?

--

Hah, Lime, I didn't post anything particularly helpful, so don't feel bad.

Yeah...you have to see the entire movie~ I'm just a sucker for well-made government conspiracy theories.

Leprechauns1021 II 08-12-2006 10:11 PM

I went to A.W.A.K.E. with some of my friends, which is like a church thing. And about an hour of it was cool, we just chilled, then like for the next hour some guy was preaching. And he was saying that some religions were ludacris and "retarded" (he didnt use that word, but basically what he meant). Im sure christians are always at their senses. They never do any crazy rituals like other religions do. Oh wait they do crazy **** too, like dunk babies in "holy" water so they wont go to hell.

With religion, i believe that if someone has a different belief than you, thats fine, but respect what they believe. And aslo with some religions they focus too much on believing in someone or something and accepting them as your savior, instead of focusing on how you should life your life.

Well thats my 2 cents for today.

Tune in tomorrow when I try Judaism :thumb:

We_Love_Lime 08-12-2006 10:12 PM

I was wondering how it became so...Public.

I was assuming a movie like that would somehow not be popular ( wouldn't be played in theatres etc.. ) But whatever...

Haha.Boy Problems.
I know what you mean.
Not really, I have girlproblems.

I feel really stupid, because I emailed the same girl twice in a row, using the same exact message, becasue the first time I didn't think it went through. But I'm pretty sure it did go through now that I think of it, so...Yeah.

You know what's a really cool religion?
Lime-Ism.

Brokensticks 08-12-2006 10:13 PM
Well I just go completely turned off to christianity......sup with you guys?
how did this occur :p

I see you already explained..... I feel bad now..

We_Love_Lime 08-12-2006 10:14 PM

He probably watched the part in V for Vendetta when the old Bishop guy was trying to Sex the girl in the Swedish Costume.

That would be a complete turnoff if that was a porn movie.

Brokensticks 08-12-2006 10:16 PM

Hook me up!

Leprechauns1021 II 08-12-2006 10:17 PM

Ive tried Limeism. I think its too centralized around homos. Any religion where you have to be ghey every tuesday of the 6th month is not a religion for me.

Brokensticks 08-12-2006 10:41 PM

Not for me either by the sounds of it..

We_Love_Lime 08-12-2006 10:43 PM

Lepre is a nonbeliver.

You listen to him and you lead a horrible life.
I'm telling you.

Brokensticks 08-12-2006 10:51 PM

O well i'll only listen to you from now on....

We_Love_Lime 08-12-2006 10:56 PM

Okay.

But just don't take into consideration the things I post on your thread.
I don't know what I'm talking about.

Brokensticks 08-12-2006 10:59 PM

I don't either so it's all good my friend.

fishbulb 08-12-2006 11:02 PM

I woke up at 9:30 today, i checked some sites, including this one. Then i played D2 until 11:30. Then i did some of my summerwork until 1:30. After that i played D2 until 8:30 when i went to eat dinner. Now it's 9:00 and i'm coming back to play D2 again. Man i have absolutely no life.

We_Love_Lime 08-12-2006 11:03 PM

It's okay.
I made up a Religon.

I have Commandments. But just one.

1) Eat a Lime.

Brokensticks 08-12-2006 11:08 PM

Damn, i'm not doing good then, we have no limes here our neighbor actually came over like 2 hours ago asking if we had any cause he needed one. Turns out we only have Lemons :0!

We_Love_Lime 08-12-2006 11:10 PM

Ehh...Lemons.
They don't provide enough essence for ones self to live in harmony.

My second Commandment would be that you must use Jamaican/Rastafari Creole, but since I havn't mastered the lingo, that Commandment will be Pending at a later date.

Brokensticks 08-12-2006 11:14 PM

Lime are you the one there was a thread about where everyone was worried if you were ok?
