yeah they tend to run the north and some of the west subs' meth heroin and crack trade.

then to get weed you have to go to either Pontiac (the largest of the north subs) where more blacks live or you have to go to Detroit, though it's becoming easier to get if you go up to like 32 mile road (which is 32 miles north of Detroit'd City Centre)

Detroit Metro is on a big grid with perfectly square cities so it's pretty easy to mark off territory
