did you like Silhouttes at all Apoc? I don't have this one, how does it compare?
I like Silhouettes a lot, I think it's a little more mature than Drawing Circles. Their sound is pretty similar on both albums, if you liked one you'd probably like the other.

The Sun's Architect is probably my favorite track by them, or To Erase a Lifetime. Off Drawing Circles check out Regenesis, Denying Gravity, Stream of Consciousness.

tbh now that I think about it Drawing Circles finds them wearing their Meshuggah influence a little more on their sleeve.

Prefer the We are the Romans vox over this.

RetiredAt21 12-07-2009 10:10 AM

We are the Romans is better in every way imo.

Ventriloquist 12-07-2009 10:12 AM

Yeah. Probably my fav metalcore album.

chrisbarnesfacialbongscar 12-07-2009 10:12 AM

False. American Nervoso > We Are The Romans.

Musically this rules, but the vocals idk. They're kind of out of place, but they kind of remind me of old Dead To Fall.

RetiredAt21 12-07-2009 10:13 AM

Dead to Fall are alright but so cheesy. Riffs are good, some OK breakdowns, too.

chrisbarnesfacialbongscar 12-07-2009 10:14 AM

I used to love that band so much.

The cheese is what made them so awesome.

Everything I Touch Falls to pieces is definitely one of the best melodic-death-metal-with-breakdowns-is-apparently-hardcore albums ever.

Dimmu Burger 12-07-2009 10:15 AM

lol

That's the one I like, too.

chrisbarnesfacialbongscar 12-07-2009 10:18 AM

I liked all of their albums tbh. But that's the best one.

The stuff with their second singer was awesome just because of his lyrics.

Dimmu Burger 12-07-2009 10:18 AM

I liked the 3 albums after that one more honestly.
