We_Love_Lime 08-10-2006 05:06 PM

Haha I'm back in the states.

I've been back for a little less than a week.

Thanks though ;).

I only have seen one famous person up and close, and that was Tommy Igoe, and that was when my friend told on me for having porn, so I got pulled out of the clinic prematurely, and didn't let him sign my ambassador.

Jezen 08-10-2006 05:11 PM

I woulda chopped some heads for that.

/Pun.

We_Love_Lime 08-10-2006 05:12 PM

Hehe yeah:)

We_Love_Lime 08-10-2006 05:12 PM

my mom made a milkshake without any icecream.

It's milk, and ice, and vanilla.

It's bizare.

Drum Phil 08-10-2006 05:16 PM

Im totally taking a bass head for Thomas Lang to sign :)

Jezen 08-10-2006 05:17 PM

I'm just gonna get him to sign one of my pads. Won't be long before my entire practice kit is covered in signiatures.

Drum Phil 08-10-2006 05:21 PM

I'll just get him to sign you! :D I win

Jezen 08-10-2006 05:49 PM

I'm gonna try and convert a PDP 3-legged (non-rotating) hat stand into a cable-operated remote hat.

Drum Phil 08-10-2006 05:50 PM

Doubt it'll work so well. Theres a reason only pearl and DW can make a decent one.

Jezen 08-10-2006 05:55 PM

I doubt it'll be a very hard task. All I need is to figure a way of connecting a bicycle cable to a hi-hat rod. Other than that, I just need to do a bit of hacksawing.

We_Love_Lime 08-10-2006 05:56 PM

That might work BB.
Instead of having it conectted it to a pedal, maybe you could use a bycicle break.

That would be kickass.

shablul 08-10-2006 06:04 PM

i'm starting to hate my floor tom.
i want a new kit dammit, it's been v-series for too long now! |:

We_Love_Lime 08-10-2006 06:13 PM

V series is tight...

I think, especially with those new colours, like That brown, and that dark green.

Get Gretsch, I'm in love...

shablul 08-10-2006 06:22 PM

my kits color is simply red.
yup, red.

i saw on conaway drums this really hawt and shecksi mother****ing finish called vermont cherry, wow, it really, i mean really turned me on.

another problem i have is that i just don't know what to get!
i want a kit that will stay with me for over 10 years lol and i will be in love with it! but i don't have any experience, i never tried maple, or any wood other than the wood that the v-series is made of which i don't know what it is. bleh. i want a shecksi sonor 3000. i don't know what i want. i don't know what to do. i'm confused.
i'm gonna lick ketchup in the kitchen.
ah, boredom and confusion.

shablul 08-10-2006 06:29 PM

so i went to the kitchen and licked ketchup, while i see HUMUS! oh great HUMUS!(i'm sure you know what's humus!)
so i warmed a pita in the microwave for 35 secs whilst i put humus in a plate and paprica(hungaria rox).

Futuro 08-10-2006 06:30 PM

I have been drumming alot lately with a keyboard setup to my left. Just moving around triads with my left hand while drumming with my right.

Janeway 08-10-2006 06:35 PM

I love the police.

There's a guy up here, Ralph Bucky Phillips, who escaped from prison and shot a state trooper. He's hopping around between reservations, where there is virtually no police at all, and all of the indians say they're going to look out for him and turn him in. We all know how jealous savages are of the white man, and there is no way in hell that they're going to turn one of their own in, but people somehow take comfort in it.
The cops are setting up tons of road checks everywhere to try and catch him, but they only have them up during the day. They can't afford to pay overtime, so they take them down at night.

Now what the fuck is the point of setting them up at all?

To make people like you, do the things you do. But you are too smart for that aren't you?

MeaninglessPhoto 08-10-2006 06:37 PM

I just bought a bike bell for my drum set. Oh man its fucking interesting. Its great for accents and such.

Janeway 08-10-2006 06:38 PM

Make people like me do the things I do?

Does that even make sense?

If you've seen this man, please contact Americas Most Wanted, or your local sheriffs office.

It sure does. And that's why they do what they do.

Come on now. You don't think they've figured it out by now? You can rest assured the people running the show are far smarter then you are.

Ever hear of this little band called Genesis? :p

Janeway 08-10-2006 06:51 PM

Oh, yes.
Considering the fact that he managed to escape from prison absolutely undetected in the first place, and that he's been in the same vicinity for the last three months while having been seen by several people and driving a stolen car, I don't really think that the people running the show are too fucking intelligent.

I love how you try and shoot me down for absolutely no reason, when my comment wasn't even directed in the slightest towards you. It was just a general thought that's shared by my entire community, and I felt like posting it.

But I guess you have every clue as to what's going on in the middle of rural New York, living in California and all.

Your anger turns me on.

I like it.

Sunshine 08-10-2006 07:41 PM
Ehh, you'l get used to it. I drove on the highway every day to get to school, and it became easy after a while.
Eh, I can drive on the highway.

Its just turning left across traffic. But there are alternate ways...with like...stoplights and crap.

i love those edges...

Janeway 08-10-2006 07:48 PM

That's a very weird picture to look at.

My birthday is in 10 more days. My parents are rushing me to choose a gift.

Sunshine 08-10-2006 07:53 PM

I took my senior pictures today.

It took like an hour and a half and I missed 3 calls from 3 different people.

All for a bunch of crappy photos around base. Because "base is prettier," since it has mountains and its green instead of desert-y brown.

I said fuck my senior pictures. I havent taken a school photo since the 4th grade.

Sunshine 08-10-2006 08:18 PM

Ehh. My mom was really excited.

And I figured it's my last year anyway, may as well make the most of it.

MeaninglessPhoto 08-10-2006 08:20 PM

My mom bugged me about it. We got in a big fight about it. But the day I shoulda got the pictures taken, I was drunk and hungover from my girlfriend's birthday party the day before. From what I remember, it was a fun night.

fishbulb 08-10-2006 08:28 PM

My friend bought his final Led Zeppelin vinyl today. He also got pink floyd meddle and pink floyd to go along with the wall, dark side of hte moon, and wish you were here. The best albums of all time.

Maggot Dream 08-10-2006 08:29 PM

Meddle is so great. No one ever mentions it, I love that album.

Berk 08-10-2006 09:30 PM

We_Love_Lime 08-10-2006 09:38 PM
We do.
GASP!

Are you Arab/Israeli/Persian?!

Or are you just from Texas? And tricked us.

Oh and Canadian Beef = I don't know.
