I'm sure that in those twenty minutes you hung out with them, you defenitely got an accurate view of exactly what they are like. Plus, I'm sure they've changed since a year ago along with their popularity. My story is true, and both these things happened within 3 months ago. Accounts of the exact same thing have been said way too many times for people to still say they are just one sided. What's even worse is people who experience it, but still support syg.

This is true. But given the overwhelming existence of these kinds of stories, I tend to feel that judgment falls against SYG.

And I still really like their music, but they're dicks then they're dicks. Don't defend them because you love their music.

How come I see bands get jocked like mad here, but then when the bands get popular, people start dissing them and talking about how they're jerks. I've heard the same damn stories about numerous bands I've seen you guys promote fervently months before.

Three more days of school, can't wait until they're over.

I've been out of school for a little while, but I've been in summer school this week and it sucks.

I have all next week of finals and grad practice, but it's half days.

We did finals like two weeks ago, but it's pointless because now everyday we go to school and have free periods.

NYC trip was so bad yesterday.

But it is a trend for some of you guys. I like the band, and I'm not the one saying how they're such big douches based on word of mouth on the internet. I'm saying the guy was a pansy, since he admittedly begged some dude to stop hitting him. It's fine to talk trash if you got proof to back it up.

scott, pat, and I are the only ones to say anything about them being douches, and we all had examples to back it up. you would have done the exact same thing if you got jumped, except maybe saying something about how they were ruining your nail polish.

Someone swiped their guitarists bag tonight. Low.

"tonight. someoned picked up his bag with his passport, cash, plane tix, ipod, psp, guitar cables, and other things of high value. if anyone was at the london show tonight and knows the whereabouts of these belongings, please get in touch. he's truly only concerned about the passport as he has no identity without it. we're working on getting new one as of now, but we would truly appreciate getting the original back in tact.

p.s. in spite of the cheap shots and stolen passports, this trip is ruling! and london tonight was insane! we were all way high on life after that set. thank you everyone who attended our first overseas show anywhere ever. it was truly memorable!

I could very easily recount the dozens of internet stories I've heard, but I'm just speaking from what's happened to people that I know personally.
